Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

Walking distance to everything !

We opted to stay in this central location without a car for a month. We walked daily to numerous restaurants, trails, and attractions all within a two and a half mile radius. We were right behind Bashas grocery store so getting groceries was no problem. The condo was very clean and updated, furnished with spotless linens, and well equipped with all anemities. Highly recommend for location, value and accommodations. But note that there are stairs to enter and exit the condo.

The location was great, walking distance to groceries, and hiking trails.Lots of supplies (shampoo and such) I have 2 complaints.. 1 the master bedroom bed was not comfortable for me, plus if I were a couple would be to small. 2 the bath and shower , water pressure was terrible, needed a jug to fill up so I could rinse shampoo…

Coffee Pot Condo

The condo is located in a most advantageous town location. We walked next door to a grocery store, yoga studio, and gym. Also, there is easy and quick access to most trail heads. The condo is spacious and was well stocked. Each room has a fan and the AC worked great. In addition, there is one attached garage space with a remote. The property management team was fantastic. Our coffee maker broke and they had it replaced within 30 minutes. Also, the propane tank on the BBQ ran out and they had it replaced within 1 hour. We stayed for a month, and had a wonderful time but there are some things to consider. 1. The owners ask that you do not wear shoes within the condo to prevent scratching the flooring. So, bring some slippers and do not take them outside. The red sandstone tracks everywhere, you don’t want to walk around barefoot in the condo. We had to sweep and vacuum daily to keep the floor clean. 2. The vacuum cleaner is of poor quality, it was more effective to sweep the floors. If possible, bring your own vacuum. 3. The timer on the dryer doesn’t work, you will need to set a timer on your telephone. 4. The stairs to the condo are extremely steep and narrow. If you have a large ice cooler, leave it downstairs in the laundry room. 5. There are no BBQ utensils provided to clean the grill. 6. Bring a bathing suit, the pool was refreshing and we always had it to ourselves.
