Our resort style Scottsdale condo is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It's located on the 1st floor and near great Restaurants, Golf, Spring Training Ball Parks, Casinos, Hiking Trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.



This cozy condo is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). Make yourself right at home as you walk in the door and find a comfy living room with sleeper sofa, love seat and 50” smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the back patio just off the living room. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils plus there are a traditional & Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the round table just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a single sink and a walk in shower. To top it off there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.



The master bedroom has a King size bed, 58” Smart TV with cable, large walk in closet and direct access to the back patio with outdoor seating.



The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
