Everything was wonderful. The parking was close to the property. Area was very clean and quiet. I was there for medical treatment and it was so relaxing and peaceful. The pool is visible from the unit. I will be traveling often for treatments and would most definitely stay there each time if available.

Property was run down and living and dining furniture cheap and uncomfortable but bed was ok. Kitchen was not conducive to eating at home with limited supplies including only 4 forks and 4 plates. Internet was not good for working from home and TV often buffered.

Thank you for the review. A few things to clerify and add for future guests. There were no compalints reported about the internet. Our systems were all working and online during Janets entire stay. The 1 bowl in the dishawasher was clean as it was runing during the clean. The unit is supplied with a set of 6, however, no complaint was made of missing items during her stay so we had no opportunity to re-supply if needed. The cleaner did miss a spot in the fridge and the microwave and when we offered to send the cleaner back to reclean the fridge and microwave Janet declined saying exactly, "You don’t need to send cleaner. I just thought you’d want to know". We have a full set of cookware in the unti along with many cooking utelsils. However, we are always more than happy to drop off anyting that a guest may need. *** I want to stress how important communicaiton is. If we are not made aware of anything that is disatifying, we have no way to make it right. Getting caught off guard in reviews is not fair to us or future guests. Thank you.

The location was excellent for our activities. The complex was nice, although the pools were surprisingly cold. The unit was disappointing. It was clean and basic needs were met. The furnishings were junky and sofa was impossible to sit on. We used the dinette chairs. Property manager was very responsive to our needs and helpful. Light bulbs were out and need to be replaced and that was done quickly. Bed pillows were lumpy and ripped and they brought new ones to us the same day.

We take that seriously. We also appreciate you alerting us to the maintenance items (light bulbs and pillows). As noted, we replaced the bulbs promptly and delivered new pillows the same day.
