This is a great property. Very clean and convenient to get anywhere. The host communicates really well and wants to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. I would definitely book this again in the future.

The home was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. The best touch was the dish of salt water taffy in the entryway.

While the home was very clean. We did have ants that came in, not sure if it was due to the large amount of rain or not. It wasn’t a huge problem, but that was concerning with having a dog and their food down on the floor.

We needed a home near our family who live in Rio Rancho. When we travel, we like to feel at home in our accommodations. This home was a perfect home away from home and we're hoping to stay here on our next Rio Rancho visit

Rio Rancho Stay

This is our second time we’ve stayed in this home. We have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, close to family members who live in town and the neighborhood is quiet. We (4 adults) stayed here for 3 nights to use as a jumping off point to explore the many national monuments within a drive from Albuquerque. This stay was no-fuss in the best way. The home feels brand new, was extremely clean, and was well stocked with various items like ziplock bags / to-go cups / etc, which made our daily outings easy. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which was great for getting in some evening runs. There are various stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minutes drive, but the neighborhood feels more private and away from any main traffic. The host was responsive and proactive in giving helpful instructions to locate the home. I would stay here again if I ended up back in the area!

The host was very responsive and gracious. The house was as described and well stocked. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us but we did have a small issue with allergies (we are all very allergic to cats). The king bed in the master was very firm/uncomfortable but the other beds were much better.

Rio Rancho home that is Clean, Close to Shopping

This Albuquerque home was Clean and Decorated so cute. This kitchen had all the essentials to prepare meals for your family. It is amazing all the stars you can see at night. Within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and theaters. When returning to Albuquerque, this home would be on the top of my list to reschedule. Owner was exceptional easy to communicate with and answered all questions in remarkable time.

Quiet Rio Rancho Neighborhood

Everything worked out well during our three night stay. We were in town for a family visit and nice staying in this home that was close to where some of my family lives. Family room, master bedroom and one guest bedroom had ceiling fans, but one guest room with twin beds didn’t have a ceiling fan. The owner reached out to me the morning of our drive out and she was easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. Will definitely keep this home in mind for a future stay.
