Beach Chair Service Included from March to October! Stunning coastal elegance located on the ground floor. This pet friendly condo is in the most popular building in Maravilla. Walk right out to the beach, pool and grills with no elevators to wait for! The kitchen is brand new w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and pots and pans. The kitchen opens to a dining and living area, which is great for gatherings!

This condo is a beach front two bedroom, two bathroom, recently remodeled condo in Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, like two community pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. You'll also love the location as you'll be near central Destin, FL, and nearby all the most popular area attractions, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! Plus, inquire about bringing your furry friends as "Wait n Sea" is pet friendly!*

When entering the condo, you'll go down the hallway into the open-concept living area. The living area features access to the beachfront, fully furnished patio, which also overlooks part of the resort pool. There's plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The updated, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with new pots and pans. The dining area features seating for six with three stools at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed with new mattress in February 2024, private access to the beachfront patio and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom, the guest bath is complete with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

This property is pet friendly, we do require a non refundable pet fee. Pet fee is based on number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask about the pet fee before booking this property. The pet fee is not included in the payment you make to Air BnB or VRBO.

***The Maravilla parking lot will be starting a paving project to fill in cracks in the asphalt. The project will start March 30 and last for approximately 2 weeks

A lot of mold I realized it is Florida but I had to clean bathtub at 1000 pm when we arrived so my 1 yr old granddaughter could take a bath and go to sleep. The curtains over patio were stained with something so brown. Please change Beds were comfortable laundry room was great. Kitchen is nice but unable to open some drawers or cabinets due to placement of appliances the location is great! We did not bring a pet but dog poop all over outside of patio door. Old satellite connection hanging out of wall very unsafe for small children need a cover to completely obscure BUT We had a great time !! Things to do rain or shine. Restaurants great stores great ! Everyone was kind and pleasant.

We absolutely enjoyed our visit back to Maravilla. The resort has done an amazing job updating the entire property. The amenities, the new beach ramp that replaced the stairs, the beach setup process and the location of our condo in building 2, ground floor was prefect for our stay. As far of the interior of the condo, it really needs some updating, but you get what you pay for. This condo is one of the lower priced ones we stayed in over the years. The den really needs more than a small sectional. The den tv needs to be replaced. The coloring is off. The second bathroom has some septic issue because there was a constant stink and the commode needs replacing. The dishwasher/disposal has a drain issue because it’s stinks when it runs. As far as beds, they slept great for us. The kitchen was stock with all necessities and the washer and dryer worked great.

The best part of this condo was the location. With pets it was very accessible. However, the place could use a good cleaning. There was dust stuck to the ceiling throughout and some mold in the second bathroom ceiling and tile. Also, the drying line in the second shower was broke and there was limited space to dry towels and suits. The shower handle in the master was not secured and the exhaust fan was completely plugged and we had to clean it out to use. The drawer space in the second bedroom was three drawer but the bottom drawer was missing its bottom and could not be used. The kitchen had been updated but the faucet had been put on backwards. All in all we enjoyed our time and made do with the inconveniences.

The host wasn’t too nice when I told them that the pillows in the bunk bed room I just let them know that the sheets where dirty and the pillows where ripped and they straight messaged me that I was basically wrong when I’m literally holding the pillows in my hands and was told that they could refund me my money and go somewhere else when all the could of said was I’m sorry I can send you some different pillows . Overall not a great host could of done better for something so simple.

This property is just subpar. The cleanliness is a two, The bathrooms needed an overhaul as the sink and toilet does not empty very well. The shower handle came off. The towels were very thin. The master bedding was very thin as the top sheet was not to size. There were no extra blankets. The patio and furniture were dirty and not just Sandy, but dirty. The interior sofa did not have throw blankets or little pillows. The kitchen table chairs are very heavy. The kitchen has very old appliances with no upgrades at all. The utensils, pans and the dishes appeared to be from a garage sale. There was no in the door water dispenser . Several electrical outlets were not working in the kitchen and dining area. No USB ports available anywhere. This apartment has not been upgraded in the interior and appears that it should be refinished. Because the sliding glass doors make a loud bang when they are closed, you can hear everything that’s going on upstairs and it is very very loud even footsteps. With reference to the beach chairs and the umbrella you do not get a permanent spot on the beach you have to show up at 5:30 so that you get your spot. Every day you have to go down there and get a good spot. Also if you want a permanent spot you have to purchase an umbrella for 38 a day. The rules said no personal chairs in front of first row. But there were many set up in front along the waterline. I would say that if you don’t mind any of these items then go for it.

Condo was amazing! The location was close proximity to the pool and private beach, which made everything so much easier for our family of six. The pool was great. Great location

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is excellent. Right next to pool and across from beach access. The nice part is you don’t pay for the sand chairs and umbrella. Up front location get their early though! Will be coming again!

Great Location & Convenient Access to Pool & Beach

The property manager offered great communication and helped with a few of the concerns we had upon arrival. We've stayed at Maravilla condos several times, and the proximity to the pool and beach were so convenient!
