The views cannot be beat!!! The way this house is designed makes it so you can see the ocean from every room. (Except the lower level, but that was a fun room). The outside deck is phenomenal. We even saw some whale spouts in the distance. Even when the fog rolls in, it looks magical.There is some normal wear and tear, but the home is cozy and has a lived in feel. The layout is great for families, due to the divided layout between floors. Kids/teens will love the lower level.The oven has been upgraded since the pics. Plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for cooking in.Check in was a breeze. Meredith and her staff were quick to respond to texts, even though there weren’t any problems. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this property.

Key

I would recommend changing the locks to the house. The key would get stuck in the locks and it would take us a good 5-10 minutes to get it out. I’d also recommend at least a 11am check out time for the easy of enjoying your last morning watching the waves while drinking some coffee.

Great View/House Needs A lot of Work

I slept like a baby every night listening to the ocean, and I had great access to the beach. The house is in desperate need of upgrades, not only esthetically, but the electrical is a big concern. We experienced a spark when plugging in our phone charger as well as the coffee machine. Most of the outlets need replacing because some of our cords would fall out. The carpet and couch are very very dirty. All of the knives are dull, and the kitchen sink drips. We found a bowl of food; it looked like chili left on the downstairs bunk bed! The furnace in the bedroom on the left doesn't work, and the wall fireplace remote in the opposite bedroom doesn't work.

Great location with a beautiful

This was a great location with a fantastic view. The furniture is a little dated and the linens could be upgraded but it was very clean and otherwise well maintained.

A great weekend at the beach

Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Great views and easy access to the beach. If you don’t mind a little hike up the stairs. Everything was excellent.

Perfect spot. The kitchen blinds need replacing. My husband had to fix a burner on the stove. The bathroom countertop is very low so u have to stoop to reach everything. I'm an average height person. The view is breathtaking! No other c/o's. Highly recommend!
