Ron-Dezvous

Plan a stay in the quiet Cutler City neighborhood just south of Lincoln City in this classic coastal cottage, where the kids can play in the fenced yard or walk to a fenced playground across the street. Nature trails and access to the placid beaches of Siletz Bay are mere blocks away, and the large backyard deck will also tempt you outdoors for a picnic.

Inside you’ll find wood-lined rustic charm, with a large flat-screen TV to watch on cozy evenings indoors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table make it easy to eat in, or hop in the car to the many restaurants close by, from Mo’s to Salishan. There’s a full bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs, including a room with three twin beds so the kids have space all their own.

Your location gives you easy access to Lincoln City, Salishan and Depoe Bay, and Newport is less than half an hour away. It was a terrible experience. Nothing in the home works
 lights, heat, shower, dryer
. It was dirty and smelled like urine. There are no clear instructions or information of any kind. I would most definitely never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Location is the top for us. Then the nicely fenced in backyard. Also the hot tub!! This house is our favorite spot at the beach.

Loved the Host, very attentive to the issues we experienced. House was clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Pictures are not representative of the overall look of the house. House needs updating. This is definitely a cottage. We felt that the price paid (and some of this elevated price is due to all of the fees from VRBO) was too much for the cottage that it is. If you want just a bare bones place to hang your jacket while you head off to do other things, this will work. We wished that the reviews would have guided us better and feel bad writing it here, but lodgers should be aware of what to expect when they get to their spot.

We liked the area. Short walk to beach access. While I'm sure this was once a lovely cottage/home it could use some love. The lawn was overgrown(front and back). The dishwasher needs replaced. There were no plastic tumblers only glassware (if you have kiddos) and finally the hot tub was clean but the lid lift was missing several bolts so we never fully open the lid afraid it would fall completely off. We would stay again if there was more attention to these issues. The neighbors were very kind.

House is fine but management company is not. Checkin was delayed until 6pm and the only compensation offered was a food credit to eat between actual checkin time of 4pm which didn’t work for our party. The check out time is early, 10am with a list of tasks before you leave. I’d rent from a different company next time. The yard also had trash and dog poop in it when we arrived

Love the Oregon coast

Check in was easy. Kitchen needs more folks, couldn't find the lid to the blender, and refrigerator door would not stay clossed. Hot tub was amazing. Wi-fi was great.

Great Location, But Needs Major Upkeep

The location is fantastic — a short walk to the beach, Pelican Brewing, and a quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. The gas fireplace was our favorite feature, and the fenced yard could be great for pets or kids (though the grass was mostly dead).Unfortunately, the home felt neglected. The hot tub leaked and its cover bar was wobbly. Sliding doors didn’t lock (wooden sticks used instead), and the back screen door was broken. Several fixtures were damaged or peeling, including flooring, bathroom ceiling, and door trim. The ceiling fan wobbled, the bathroom vent hung down, and lighting — especially in the downstairs bedroom — was poorly placed. Outlets were scarce and no extension cords were provided.The dryer was out of service (a big inconvenience in rainy weather), books and games were dusty, and patio furniture was covered in spider webs. The house noticeably slants upstairs, and the only shower is tiny with no interior handle on the door.With repairs, deeper cleaning, and more attention to guest comfort, this could be a great stay. Until then, we can’t recommend it.

Cozy Lite Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this little beach house! The house itself was cute and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to safely play, and the hot tub was an added bonus — a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the best parts was the close proximity to the bay, where we could let our dogs run and enjoy the open space. It was exactly the dog-friendly escape we were hoping for, and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect get away

This was a wonderful place to get away to the coast. It was in a cute neighborhood and we loved the house. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. There were plenty of bed spaces which would be perfect for a family get away to!

Cute place

It was a super cute place. Loved the hot tub! When we first got there, it was night time and the first night was a little hard to heat the house but the next day it was fine. We spent the days we were there out and about, there’s a lot to visit. The house is easy to remember where it’s at, that’s a good thing. The backyard is all fenced, super good for my dog even though he hates being outside However we did find ants around the kitchen. Other then that, the time spent at the house was super nice

Fantastic home for family of 5

This was a great house for our family. Fenced backyard for our dogs, enough beds for us all, beautiful quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the bay. Very clean. Close to a park and short drive to Lincoln City. The ceilings upstairs are angled, not a negative but if you're tall, you'll want to keep reminding yourself :)

Good Option

This place was just right for our group of seven. Loved the large hot tub on the deck. Really liked the Taft/Cutler City location as well. Terrific beach, scenic and secluded, just three blocks away. Fenced back yard. Had a very nice stay.

This house is well loved but very cozy! Comfy beds and great location on the bay! We enjoyed our stay. Washing machine was acting up and they offered to send someone right away if we needed. Fenced yard was so great and not have to worry about our pup!

Cute house but questionable management

This house is perfectly located, just a couple minute walk from the beach and within a few mins drive of great restaurants. The house is great for families with pets as it has a fenced in yard with grass as well as a hot tub. The issue is the management company: - forgot to provide access details so had to wait on hold after calling a few numbers to get the lock box code - charged more than the total nightly fee in “additional charges”, this was on top of pet fee, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (???), service charges and safety waiver fee. - half the lights didn’t work - no WiFi or broken WiFi; when we reached out for help they never replied - both TVs were broken -exterior back doors wouldn’t lock - cleanliness was subpar - the oven smelled like there was a slight gas leak Overall we love using VRBO and have never had issues. However, the next time I rent a house on the OR coast I will be sure it’s not managed by this company.

Friend’s getaway

Cute little place! Perfect for our group. Hot tub was perfect temperature!! The fence in the backyard does need some work if you have small dogs check for holes .The stairs are quite steep and not very wide, I would not recommend it if you are an older group. Overall it was perfect for our group.

Short Weekend Getaway

The house was so cozy and cute, in a great location, and the hot tub was amazing!! We would absolutely love to stay again! It was also really nice being able to bring our dog with us and let him run in a fenced yard.

Critical miss

House was fine. Was pretty disappointing on Sunday morning to find the coffee maker would turn on. TV remotes wouldn’t work but compared to no coffee in the morning, who cares.

Could use some serious TLC

Blinds are all broken, exterior could use a serious power washing, BBQ is horrid - it's either high or not high, it could be a nice property if someone would show a little love. Front screen door has no screen in it - just a gaping hole under the glass that doesn't move. Not impressed for the money.
