Very quiet, close to hiking and nature walks. Easy parking for 2 cars. Shopping is close by if you forgot or needed anything. Rented a canoe at Rainbow lake for reasonable cost. Sunrise ski resort has summer day passes for fun rides. Several shops to purchase souvenirs. An hour away are gorgeous longer hikes. We had a great time!

Love that is was pet friendly! Perfect for our doggy. It was stuffy in home, and feel ceiling fans in bedrooms would go along way in the hot months. The grill that we used, was sufficient but it was not clean. We went ahead and cleaned it and then had some tasty steaks. The location was great and yard was great. Check in was a breeze.

Relaxing

The cabin and the yard were wonderful. Lots of room in the house. Loved the deck. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will be sure to come back again. Thanks for providing a wonderful place to just unwind and relax.

Small house with all amenities but no AC

Stay was great, we enjoyed the small house but with degrees over 85 and no AC it was almost unbearable to sleep at night. It was clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable for a few days. We had to sleep in the living room which the Murphy bed was very comfortable.

Easy Getaway, Great Location, Delightful Deck

Our family of six loved our weekend at this lovely cottage. The perfect location made it easy to get to from the Valley. The clean and comfortable accommodations made us feel at home. And the deck! Sitting fireside in the crisp, clean White Mountain air beneath the string lights was perfect for unplugged relaxation - ukelele in hand. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook in, and the convenient location offered delightful local options as well. R&R Pizza Express just 2-minutes down the road was our favorite. We've added the Cottage to our list of places we definitely visit again!

Small details

We had a very relaxing time & a nice break from the heat in Queen Creek. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen is very large. Neighborhood is very old & appears questionable, but the neighbors are all very nice. Vacuum was plug, but we fixed it. The exterior & deck need a good power wash to clean things up. A few cobwebs in the corners of the inside that should be removed. Wished that some of the windows had screens so we could have had them open. Overall it was a nice place

Weekend getaway

The rental was exactly as described and we had a wonderful time bonding with family. The added patio lights was nice for night time smore making and camp fire stories. It fit 8 of us comfortably and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for some R&R. There were some cobwebs in the backyard patio on the furniture and around the windows and front door entrance. Although we did not have AC it was ok, but I would suggest more ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom areas. If temps were higher it could have been uncomfortable but due to having rain on our last night, it cooled off the heat. But overall, we would stay here again. Thank you for having us.

The cabin was close to everything and had everything we needed for our party of 4. We stayed 4 days. It was in the woods. Enough parking for our two cars. Host was available and helpful with our needs.

Perfect weekend family getaway!

My family of 7 (5 kids and my wife and I) stayed here and absolutely loved our time. Plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy beautiful pinetop az! Plenty of comfortable beds.The home has all the necessary accommodations to cook and bath and simply not worry and focus on family time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They even have trailer hook ups which allowed us to park a camp trailer out side!!! We will be back for sure!!

Fun For All

My daughter and I did a weekend getaway with our 2 small dogs and we ALL loved it! Lots of space inside and a nice fenced yard for the fur babies! Walking paths, hiking trails, grocery store, movie theater are all a five minute drive or less from the cottage. It was perfect!

So cozy!

We took our four kids on a road trip and stayed a few nights at this cute property. It was so cozy, inside & out. We enjoyed breakfast outside in the mornings. Fully equipped with games for the kids and the local town had some fun weekend events we attended as well, a very small-town feel that was great after needing a break from the city. It's a great escape in the White mountains of Arizona! Would definitely stay again!
