NOTE:
PETS: we are unable to accommodate pets due to allergies of some guests. Bookings with pets will involve a $500 deep cleaning fee.

PESTS/SMALL ANIMALS: Our property is located in cottage country so mosquitoes, flies and in rare cases, small wild animal (including turkeys, field mice, foxes, deer, etc..) could be seen in the area. With the weather changes, they will be eager to visit the cottage. Please be mindful of the door (include garage Door) windows and keep it closed to prevent unwanted visitors. We have taken preventative measures to ensure these pests do not enter the cottage but cannot guarantee if they enter the property.

NO SMOKING / VAPING inside house and garage

PRECHECK AND SAFETY: guest might need to complete a PreCheck-in Rental Information Form on behalf of the group where you will be asked to provide ages of all guests, full guest list, names, address, employer of the primary guests etc. This information will be destroyed after each completed booking.

POWER OUTAGES: Power outages are very rare, but they do happen during severe weather. Power outages for our property typically last a few hours, with the longest being a day without power. However the generator is installed in the property. If this occurs, please let us know and we guide and provide details to solve the issue.
