We live nearby, on the estate, therefore at hand if necessary to address any problems and to maintain the grounds and pool in order, but away thus garanteeing our guests full privacy.

We fell in love with the area and particularly the position of the property with uninterrupted views overlooking rolling hills and the mountains.

Il Melograno Country Resort is a large holiday complex. It's one of a kind, hidden away yet close to amenities.
It is just 15 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from the foot of the mountains. An excellent base from where to visit Central Italy and its many artistic towns.
The villa is both secluded and private yet very close (1,5 km) to a vast selection of local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and fresh vegetable selling farms.

Guests will gain access through automated electric gates, ensuring undisturbed privacy and security throughout their stay. Once inside the estate they'll realise how extensive Il Melograno Country Resort is and have the feeling it's a private hamlet to themselves.

The Villa, the Cottage and the Converted Barn have all been restored to a high standard, offering a total of 13 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The panoramic pool area is nestled on the highest terrace, surrounded by beautiful gardens and olives. It provides high quality pool loungers and a large gazebo to escape the heat.
The pool is built to public level standards, with two pumps and two filters to ensure perfect water and hygiene standards. It's checked daily.

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, all around the property, with three wi-fi access points.

The villa & wedding venue offers guests many outdoor areas, shaded during the summer months, for everyone to find their own spot when wishing to be alone and enjoy the unspoilt surroundings.
