Hey Surina, thank you for your review. As you’re aware, during the winter season up north can be affected by the ever changing weather conditions. Such as during your stay, snow can freeze due to weather conditions, which reasonably can cause certain vehicles to have trouble getting up a driveway. The width of driveway fits two vehicles at a time as you experienced and is a circular driveway that can be utilized if chosen. We had plowed the driveway prior to your stay but sometimes depending on the vehicle and factors that are not in our control including snow and ice that develop during a stay can have foreseeable trouble if not reasonably equipped for weather conditions. We did recommend certain vehicles that have possible issues to stay on top of driveway and I am happy your guests did indeed use that recommendation. Nonetheless, I am happy we were able to walk your guests through Mother Nature. We hope you enjoyed your courtesy late checkout and complimentary wine to bring in the new year!

Thank you for your feedback. As a host, we have had the pleasure to host many guests over the years. We pride ourselves on our client experience and we have been fortunate to have great feedback and are sorry you felt this way. Cleanliness has been our biggest strength along with communication and our cleaners provided photos of the premises once property was ready that demonstrated the cleanliness, which we offered to share. We also asked you to provide photos of areas that were of concern and also offered to have a cleaner come and address any areas of concern but didn’t hear back for the whole stay. We provide our guests with a whole closet of extra linens and provide complimentary items in our kitchen along with supplies the meet the amount of people that are to stay. As this area is not serviced by the municipality. As I had explained, we leave a temporary bin outside for our guests to use as they’re responsible to dispose their waste once they check-out. The color of the bin is not material as it’s not used for service. The cleaner checks the bin to ensure it is clean and did for your stay. Unfortunately, we did notice additional items in bottom of bin after your stay and saw that items were put in bin before your check-out. Although, I don’t agree this being accurate and fair feedback, we have noted your concerns. We do paint our deck every couple years and this particular year was a very rough winter and intend to repaint our deck for next season.
