Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of Sandy Beach in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). If you have never been to this amazing beach town be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 4th floor in the East facing "E" building closest to the beach which allows for amazing sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar, fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant/bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

Recently updated with new paint throughout, fresh new cabinets and updated lighting/fixtures. The beach front private master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bathroom with a combination shower / tub. The guest bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and access to the shared bathroom with shower. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa, dining for 6 and a large glass slider that leads directly to unmatched views of the Sea of Cortez. There are flat screen Smart TV's with cable in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.

This condo has super easy access to both the winter heated pool with a swim up bar and direct access to Sandy Beach.

Please note - Princesa is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo or around the property. Please be aware that in order to ensure the quality of your stay and have enough time for cleaning and a quality control check, we are not able to accommodate early check-in under any circumstances. You do have access to the property amenities at any time during the day of your check in. Infants / Children are included in the full guest count.

First time staying in a resort in Rocky Point. We will be returning to this property! We loved our stay! The beach area was so nice, and we enjoyed our night swims.

This was a very clean and beautiful condo, the place was super quiet and made the entire family fill safe. Beach was very close and fun for whole family . very quick response time from the unit owners, and very easy to get in contact with. Parking was a piece of cake as well. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

It was perfect for our family of 7. Loved the view from our balcony. We were looking forward to the swim up bar pool but it was closed the whole week for some reason, but the other two pools were nice.

Very nice! Definitely felt safe. Great amenities. Perfect distance from Rocky Point. But we were bummed that the pool and hot tub were closed because they heater wasn’t working. My kids really wanted to swim.

We liked this resort. Pro: Easy access from car to elevator to room. Good prices at the pool bar. Nice and clean outside and in. Not to crowded. Con: no ability to invite guests for a few hours. The room had quite a bit of broken/poorly functioning equipment, AC wouldnt go below 72F.

My two girls and best friend stayed here for 6 nights. Condo was extremely clean and stunning views of the ocean. Amenities were great. Updated condo. 5 star rating will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Made great memories with my two girls.

Beach Getaway

My brother and I got to spend a few days relaxing on the beach and enjoying the ocean view from the balcony. There is a nice little cantina for a bite to eat and several other restaurants within walking distance. $25 30 minute massages on the beach were very relaxing

Wonderful Stay

Our adult family enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled/decorated corner unit. Everything was as described, clean, and in working order. The beds were super comfortable, and filtered water & Keurig coffee was included. The property's restaurant has a great atmosphere, serving up delicious food and drinks. We would stay here again.

Cozy and Beautiful

Nicely decorated condo, beautiful views, and k-cups! Would recommend staying here and we will be back. The pull out sofa was actually comfortable and so were both beds.
