Lovely Place!

Condo was exactly as described! One of the most clean, cozy and efficient places we've stayed for Spring Break. The attention to detail and decor is impressive! One suggestion - Provide a blender for fruit smoothie and margarita making!

Wonderful stay!

Everything you need is right there in the condo! It was beautiful, very clean, and a short walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars, and shopping. The pool is very warm and a nice little place to relax. We enjoyed our stay at Siesta Forever and will be back!

Sea Winds Girls Trip

We absolutely love this location! It is so close to everything and so quiet! We love the heated pool and the area is so well maintained! The unit could use a little deep cleaning and the queen mattress is not very comfortable.

The unit was very dirty when we arrived. The unit needs a deep clean and refreshed. The walls had cobwebs all over them, the bathroom wall had either stuff all over or needed a paint job. The refrigerator had gunk all down the side. The host was attentive once we called Evolve and complained. There was someone there to clean right away and our cleaning fee was refunded. The pots and pans, once we found them were totally unacceptable. They were old, stained and inadequate. There were no dish clothes only old sponges to wash dishes. The dishwasher didn't get dishes clean. The space was adequate and decorated well. The bed was very nice. The entry door was warped and you could see light all around it. Therefore, you could only use the deadbolt lock if that wasn't locked the door could just be pushed open. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs and floats. The pool area is nice. The location is good and the ability to use the island trolley to get to the Village is a huge benefit.

From the Owner: We appreciate that you mentioned the positive aspects of the rental, like the trolley to the village, a comfortable bed, attentive hosts, a well-stocked pool area, and location. Regarding the cleanliness, we take cleanliness very seriously and apologize for the issues you found. We had the cleaning crew out the next morning, and everything was cleaned, and you were fully satisfied with the work they did. We also refunded the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. We have decided that the pots and pans were completely functional, but they have been replaced. We also sent a technician to look at the dishwasher, and they found that it is working as it should and the dishes are getting cleaned. The front door is slightly warped but closes correctly. You cannot see light all around the door. The smart Kwikset deadbolt is the only lock on the front door, and it functions perfectly and is monitored by the owner. We take all concerns seriously.

The condo was decorated beautifully with coastal decor and had all the items needed for the beach. There were plenty of towels, chairs, and a cooler. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location to access restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo.

Perfect location on Siesta Key

The condo was located close to shops, restaurants and the beach -- perfect! And it was very quiet for a good night's sleep. It was in one of the older condos on the Key, but was clean and modernized. I wouldn't call the kitchen "gourmet", but it has what you need for cooking. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Siesta Key! The condominium was very nice, beautifully decorated and the location was perfect! The pool was a nice accommodation in addition to the beach. The bottle of wine, chips and salsa awaiting our arrival was a very nice touch! Thank you.

Great location, nice condo, had great stock of cooking equipment. Our only problem was community pool was dirty and cold for our first few days, many members complained about it also. Would definitely stay here again but at a less busy time.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was equipped with items for fun in the sun (wagon, towels, chairs, etc.) and the beach was a quick easy walk. The pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature. There is a trolley stop close by to take you to the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Siesta Forever lives up to it's name and more!

Siesta Forever lives up to it's name and more! This home was so clean and welcoming. After a long drive, it was so refreshing to arrive at this comfy condo. We settled in with wine and cheese while we relaxed and prepared for the next day on the beach. All the comforts of home plus the added flair of beach style. A short walk to the beach, food, drinks and shops kept us out of the car thankfully! I was so excited to be so close to all the fun of the south village shops, bars, music, food. We will be back and I've been telling all my friends about this wonderful gem! I want to Siesta Forever at this place!!

Oh my gosh..what didn’t I love?

Oh my gosh..what didn’t I love? The condo was very spacious and clean. My hosts Tom and Tiffany were super informative and prompt in answering any and all questions that I had regarding my rental!!! The location was absolutely perfect. The beach access was right across the street on the beautiful Crescent Beach and just a short bike ride up to the public beach and Big Village. Never even needed a car! Convenience store right beside me and some fun, cool restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous, comfy furniture and the condo has all you could ever need, including chairs, umbrella, cooler bag and even a little beach bag! Will definitely come back! Will definitely rebook here!!! Wonderful hosts and wonderful quiet spot. Loved!!!

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 16 years. This place is very quiet and clean, glad we found it. The pool was well taken care of. The interior had nice furniture and decorated nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The siesta free trolly pickup is at the burb to take to main beach or Siesta Key Village.
