Location was easy to find as we had to use the train from the airport.Train station 5mins away and bus stops right out the front. It definitely is good walking distance around the CBD, cafe's and shops. We covered an immense distance sightseeing and soaking in the beautiful sunshine while we were there. The host Trevor was very helpful, whenever there's a problem he would straight away fix it.Will be sure to come back whenever we return to Perth.

Great place - perfect location!

As two seniors we wanted a place with good public transport and suitable facilities. This place was perfect. Trevor went the extra mile to make the check-in process easy for us since we arrived on a late night flight. Thank you and looking forward to our next stay.

Trevor was incredibly welcoming and easy to deal with. He met my partner at the property to show him the flat. It’s in such a central location and has everything you need. A comfortable place for the two of us to land after we moved to Perth. I’m me of the best properties I’ve stayed in.

Large property and well stocked with kitchen stuff and bathroom.Felt it could have benefited from a better clean before arrival. A few issues around the drawers, worktops and definitely air fryer! Discussed with host.

our stay in Trevor's apartment

the apartment was very well placed for us to get to the rugby event we can to attend. generally the apartment was fine but there were a number of odd things. all towels were different , all glasses and crockery were different. the aircon was noisy. the worst issue was the lift - it was bumping against the side making a noise and jerking - this really needs to be attended to. trevor was very pleasant to talk to

Hi, Many thanks for the your very constructive comments all of which have since been addressed with the exception of the lift issue which I will take up with the Strata Management. Hope you enjoyed the rugby and have a safe return journey. Kind Regards. Trevor
