Wonderful, relaxing stay.

Beautiful location. Very private and safe with gorgeous landscaping. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, parks, etc. Hosts are delightful! I highly recommend this VRBO.

Really nice place to stay and the owners are amazing. This was my first time in New Zealand and they made me feel very welcome. The place is in a safe area and is really nice and clean. Had an excellent time staying here.

I stayed here on a business trip for work and it was fantastic, the hosts were very warm and welcoming and I immediately felt at home. The property was very well furnished and lots of homely touches around the place meant I lacked nothing during my stay! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is lookin for quiet peaceful accommodation with extremely friendly and kind hosts!

This property was perfect for us having been at a conference for work then coming to Hamilton to visit family. Quietly tucked away, easy to get to. Comfortable and cosy and has everything you need for either a getaway weekend or longer visit. Would highly recommend.

The new studio was bright and very clean, with a peaceful, private garden view in an amazing area. The host, Luke, was very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to questions. It was a perfect stay.

Quiet, country space

This lovely bnb is beautifully presented with a garden outlook. Very clean and comfortable with upmarket fittings. The pool wasn’t heated when we stayed.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was lovely. Very clean with no clutter. Beautiful views of the fruit trees, garden, lawn, wildlife i.e. birds & bunnies. Easy to go on long walks or bike rides from the cottage. Although it is in the country, you can walk to restaurants a food market and Punnett a quaint shop just up the road. The hosts were very welcoming. We loved it and will be back!!

Quaint Place in Local Neighborhood

The place was very clean and I loved the remote controlled window shades. I would call this property semi-private though since it is attached to two other buildings and a garage that we didn't have access to. The main living area is floor to ceiling windows which was nice for natural light but difficult for privacy. My only feedback would be access to a washer and dryer would have made it even better. Overall we enjoyed staying at the property.

Hi Steph Thank you for your review. For the benefit of future guests could I please clarify a couple of things. The Sleepout has full curtains as well as the remote control blinds, so hopefully no privacy issues. The garage is not for our every day use, it is attached to the sleepout but is used to house our garden tools, lawnmower etc. The garage/sleepout are on the corner of our property and not attached to our main house. There is no internal access from the tool garage to the sleepout. Guests are welcome to use our laundry in the house, please just ask. I hope the rest of your NZ trip was enjoyable. Kind regards Luke
