Great place to relax with your family

The home is located near the beach and close to a fishing pier. The home is spacious and will definitely meet your vacation needs.

Great place to stay in the OBX

Property was clean. Had a lift for luggage which was a bonus! A few issues with fridge/freezer and some outlet issues but all in all a Great place to stay with wonderful ocean views! We will stay again!

Relaxing stay

House offered very relaxing views and quiet neighborhood this time of year. Just needed a few extra basic items for kitchen (kitchen hand towel-oven mitts- scissors.) No directions on how to use fireplace or small elevator for luggage. Hot tub was great. This is a good house for a fun weekend away with the girls.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was wonderful. The property is beautiful and a perfect location. We received all the check-in information well before our stay so we were able to prepare well. The only trouble we ran in to was with the baggage lift. I did not realize the switch to turn it on was inside, and it took me a few minutes to locate where it was. Nothing major though. Highly recommend this house and property!!

Nice location, too many bugs

Local guest representative came within 24 hours of reporting dirty floors and countertops, stained and ripped linens and horrible bug problem (on the walls, in the cabinets and drawers, and even in the dishwasher)to attempt to fix. Unfortunately, it was a temporary fix and we were forced to leave a day earlier than we planned and prepaid to stay due to the bug issue. Nice location.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We communicated your cleanliness concerns to our cleaning crew, and they promptly returned the next day to address all issues. They also performed a thorough deep cleaning of the entire place. - While we're uncertain about the source of the critters, we want to assure you that we have routine pest control treatments in place at the property. We've already notified our pest control team and are actively working with them to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. - In light of the challenges you encountered during your stay, we provided an appropriate refund. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Great location

Had a great stay for my sisters graduation. Wonderful location and could see the ocean across the street. Kitchen does not have a lot of utensils for cooking, so bring yours. Home has a LOT is stairs, so if you have health issues, be aware. Place was clean but missing some key things such as hand towels, hot pads for removing food from oven. Unfortunately, I’m guessing this is due to people staying here and ruining items. Overall, we will come back!
