This lower level apartment was in a great location, very clean and nicely appointed. Easy check-in and check-out.Very private and while owners were upstairs, it was very quiet. We also appreciated the coffee, tea and snack basket provided by our hosts. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Charming Apartment in Amish Country

We really enjoyed staying in this charming apartment. The weather was cool and rainy, but we were warm and cozy here. There was plenty of room and tastefully decorated. Outside, the Amish farmlands could be viewed. It was close to everything, especially Lapp Valley Farm ice cream! We would like to stay here again sometime. Tony and Catherine

Idyllic location

Very relaxing stay! Enjoyed the pool, and spacious living area. The art and furnishings reflected the area very well. We were close to everything, Kitchen Kettle Village, Stausburg Train, and American Music Theater. This area has a lot offer. A nice choice of books to read as well, to unwind in this idyllic location.

The first thing we saw when walking in was a Keurig with multiple pods and a generous snack basket. We later had an amiable chat with the owner Steve. It was a very nice get a way in a beautiful area.

The peace and quiet we were looking for was here. Overlooking the Amish countryside views were beautiful. Pretty much surrounded by shop and restaurants but still in the countryside. A lot of pleasant little surprises that made the stay here great. Plan on going back very soon.

Great place to rely

The location is outside of the hustle and bustle of the touristy area. It gives you the opportunity to go see the Amish and not get caught in a tourist environment. This is the only VRBO we’ve ever stayed at that had a gas fireplace we could use. After a windy day seeing the sights it was nice to go back and nap by the fireplace. The host communicates with you easily and gives you all the privacy you could ever want. Check in and check out was effortless. We will stay again

Annual Sister Weekend

Our hosts were very helpful. They gave places to see, places to eat, were available for anything we had questions about. Nice people! The place was cozy & cute - just what we were looking for. Located around several places to visit. The Artisan Village had different shops, people were very helpful giving us ideas where to go & what to see. Of course, we wished we could have stayed longer!!! But reality is a rude awakening. Back to work.

A little slice of heaven

What a beautiful home and not enough kind words about the owners Steve & Demi. We absolutely love the New Holland/Lancaster area as it offer peace and beautiful countryside( not to mention great food). We relaxed by the pool, hearing the sound of horses trotting down the road. The scenery is stunning and Lapp Valley Farm right down the road has the best homemade ice cream that is out of this world. Steve *& Demi's home is warm and welcoming, and the rental is fully equiped and super clean. Truly a great place to stay if visiting the area. We will definatley be back again!

We felt like we were home! The blend of antiques, vintage and modern is just like our home! There was plenty of space in every room. The bed was very comfortable. The dogs occasional barking did not bother us. ( We have a barker, too). No steps made for easy access since my husband uses a cane.
