The property was super clean.m, the beds were super comfortable, the rooms are very pretty. The property needs some minors repairs. But overall we had a good time at this property.

Quiet part of the neighborhood, back of Storey lake! Aside from the gate attendants take forever and only one lane being open to get into neighborhood the stay was great!

I took a family of 25 on vacation this year. Everyone truly enjoy the stay and property! A few minor issues but I took care of adjusting and not complaining! Either the cleaning crew or the previous guests decided to moved parts of the bed frames in the twin bed rooms under the curtain so when someone got into the bed the bad fell apart and I at to fix it and locate the pieces! Easy fix. Ceiling fan in the Mickey Mouse room needs to be checked.. med/high speeds it sounds and looks as if the fan wants to jump off the ceiling! Other than after a night or two some complaints about mattress comfort were brought up but all and all. The trip was amazing for us..

Best Place for Families

We enjoyed every bit of our stay! The home was big enough for us to enjoy our own space and come together for family time. The location was ideal to get to the parks like Disney, Universal and Sea World! We used Uber to get around and had no issues. The air hockey table didn’t have great air flow and the game room took some time to figure out but overall excellent home! We loved it!

We booked this property expecting a premium family vacation experience and ended up leaving after ONE night because the condition of the home was completely unacceptable. The issues were not isolated or “minor wear and tear” as management tried to claim. The property had widespread maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns throughout the home that were obvious immediately upon arrival. Ex: damaged sliding door hardware, chipped tile flooring with sharp broken areas, damaged pool edging that created a safety hazard, dishwasher with visible unsanitary moldy substance, a stove top burner that did not function, cigarette burns on the patio table and on the upstairs couch. Other visibly stained furniture throughout the home. The condition did not match the listing expectations or price point whatsoever. We sent extensive photos directly to management. They acknowledged the cleanliness and wear/tear concerns. Their solution was to send maintenance workers into the home during our stay instead of providing a comparable relocation. We were then told relocation was unavailable because they were fully booked. At that point, we felt our only option was to move to another property at our own inconvenience just to salvage the remainder of our vacation. Although they eventually offered a partial refund and small compensation after we decided to leave early, it still did not compare to disruption, stress, lost vacation time, and additional expense of having to secure another property.

Nice beds, Beautiful place! Dishwasher didnt work though. The curvy seat was broken. They did a great job on the big things. It was the little things that kind of felt missed. One of the burners for the stove didn’t work. Game room definitely needs some help. Pool table has been abused and so has the connection to the playstation. We didn’t really use that room, but if your’e getting the place for the game room, don’t until they fix those things. But overall very nice place. Nice neighborhood too!
