Great getaway

The home was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the common areas in the home to just kickback and visit. The pool and outdoor area were relaxing and inviting. Communication with Portfolio was quick and responsive. The location to the beach, marina and trolley was excellent! Great time all around!

A perfect house with central location on AMI

What a wonderful property. Island Interlude was a gorgeous house (duplex) just two blocks from the sand. The beaches were beautiful and the Gulf was warm and mostly calm. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ease of using the home’s beach gear, chairs, umbrella, and cart. Even a rolling cooler was provided for our use. We enjoyed the brown anoles (small lizards) who frequented the property and the entire place was updated and beautiful! Having a private pool was a bonus as we didn’t have to share the entire week. Renting this house on AMI was easy, but be sure to know you need a car or to rent a golf cart to travel most easily to the restaurants, Publix, and shops. The island was busy, but getting around by car wasn’t too bad. I hope to visit again, renting both sides with my larger family. Thank you to the owners for providing pretty much everything we needed to have a great beach vacation on AMI.

64th Holmes Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The duplex was just as shown on the website. It was very clean, nicely decorated and was equipped well to meet all our needs. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a short 2 block walk. Thank you for a great two week stay.

Winter Get-Away

We had a wonderful visit to Anna Maria Island. The home is beautiful with all the amenities you may want to have while you are there. The pool area is shared, but it is relaxing and there is ample room for people staying on both sides. The walk to the beach is a quick 5+ minutes and the access is easy to navigate. We would highly recommend and would love to go back to this home.

We enjoy boating, the beach, riding motorcycles, working around the house and enjoying our kids and grandkids. We like speaking/ working with guest and owners to make the experiences memorable, which is very important to us.
