Escape to a peaceful retreat at The Pool Resort 2206, a spacious one apartment over looking the main lagoon pool.
As a special treat, guests staying for two nights or more will receive a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates.

Thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, this apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee machine to enjoy your morning brew. The apartment can accommodate up to three guests, with a sofa bed available in the lounge area. Third guest must be pre booked.
Smart TVs are provided in every room for easy access to your favourite streaming services. Families will especially appreciate the thoughtful touches, including board games, books, tennis equipment, and a picnic basket with a blanket. After a day of adventure or relaxation, unwind in the spa bath, perfect for a long soak. Our goal is to ensure that guests have an unforgettable stay and look forward to returning to apartment 2206 on their next vacation.

Situated on the second floor, this apartment faces east, offering stunning views of the ocean and Lagoon Pool. It is just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful coastline at your leisure. The apartment also comes with fast Wi-Fi and a secure underground car space for added convenience.
The resort boasts a variety of amenities, including a large lagoon pool, a smaller heated pool, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, and a selection of bars and restaurants. With everything you need on-site, you may never want to leave Village.

The Beach Resort and Village is ideally located for exploring the beauty of the NSW Northern Rivers region. From Kingscliff to Cabarita Beach, you'll have easy access to the area's best attractions. If you prefer to stay close to home, The Village offers a wide range of cafes, bars, and restaurants, giving you plenty of dining options without needing to use the in-room kitchen.

We have stayed at the Mantra several times and have thoroughly enjoyed it so were keen to return. This time we booked with Expedia which in turned used another of its companies, Vrbo, who in turn used a management agent for a privately owned apartment at the Mantra. The apartment was advertised as being suitable for 4 people so we booked and travelled as a family of 4, understanding that a sofa bed in the lounge would need to be used to accommodate us all. Upon arrival we found that one section of shutters covering the door to the balcony were missing, meaning that light came at night into the lounge where the sofa bed was and that there was no privacy for those sleeping in there. The shutters had clearly been missing for some time. We raised the issue with both Expedia/Vrbo and also the management company but nothing was done to address and 2 months later I’ve not had any contact from Expedia/Vrbo and when I call them they say it’s an issue I have to address with the management company which is incorrect. I don’t believe the property is properly advertised, as it is not suitable for 4 people in this condition, and if I had known the situation I would not have booked. It’s really a shame as the resort is lovely but the customer service from both Expedia/Vrbo and the management agent has been appalling.

Lovely apartment

Good size balcony, views over the pool to the ocean, full kitchen, perfect for our mini break. Bar in resort not open unfortunately as it was Monday/Tuesday but managed with a glass of wine on the balcony! A very small thing but back of tv not dusted in a long time!
