The location was great in the St Elmo area if Chattanooga. It was close to all the big attractions, and it had mostly everything we needed. I would suggest bring extra dishwasher pods, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Maybe bath towels if you don’t want to share your bath towels. There is a Publix really close if you need anything. We enjoyed the condo and the area very much and appreciated the cleanliness and modern style of the condo.

Adorable property in great location. The space was perfect for our family of four. No details were spared in this townhome. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

My family had an excellent experience in these newly built townhomes in the heart of the up and coming St. Elmo village. The owner was very helpful with adjusting the dates of our stay, and - being a real person - actually answered the phone when we had an issue with the initial access. Great location.

The townhouse was amazing. Great location with several attractions, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Owner was excellent with communication as well.

Perfect Location

My wife and kids stayed 4 nights. It was a perfect location for us. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is brand new. We would definitely use again if we return to Chattanooga.
