The space was a little crowded for my family of 5 but honestly we didn’t stay in the room much! Great view of the beach and just a hop and a skip and you were on the beach! We will definitely be back to Navarre

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. We have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. It always has everything we need for our stay. The beach was just a short walk from the door. Restaurants were close by and shopping just a quick drive across the causeway. We have definitely made this our beach vacation home.

Great vacation

Views from the room were amazing. The beach wasnt crowded and access to the beach was right next to the building. Everything we needed was provided in the unit for a nice relaxing stay.

Overall stay was great. Since its a smaller condo the beach in front wasnt that crowded, even during a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This is our third visit to this property. It continues to be our favorite beach vacation home. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The view from the deck was an added bonus! We will definitely return in the future.

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything in the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick Vacation Getaway

This is our second time staying at this wonderful vacation home and it did not disappoint. The location was close to restaurants and just a short drive to grocery stores and other retail outlets. Most importantly, the beach was just a short walk from the parking lot. Everything was perfect for our days at the beach. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Blue Angels B-Day

This was our second visit to the SunDunes and we enjoyed our vacation! This unit was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bath towels were plentiful and very nice quality, which is not always the case. We also enjoyed the balcony.

Great, 2 small problems, both showers leaked a bit from the shower head. And the pots and pans could have been a bit nicer..but we really enjoyed tje stay.even though it was windy

Great Stay

The property was as described except the living room furniture is getting old and dingy. You can tell it's been around for awhile. The kitchen was WELL stocked with anything you would need.Property management was great when I call to report the coffeepot didn't work. We came back from the beach that afternoon and a new one was waiting on the counter for us!We had a great stay!

Disappointing Stay: Severe Maintenance Issues and Poor Management CommunicationThe current high ratings for this property do not align with our actual experience. This was one of the most frustrating accommodations we have ever booked, primarily due to deferred maintenance and unhelpful management.The entire unit is heavily outdated and needs an immediate deep clean. The rugs, bedding, and furniture are severely worn down, and the mattresses provide very little support or comfort.Furthermore, we experienced two major appliance failures. The AC system failed, leaving us without climate control for half of our vacation.The washer was completely unusable as it repeatedly left permanent black stains on our white clothing and swimwear.While management eventually sent a technician to address the AC and attempt to clean the washing machine, our actual outreach during and after our stay to their team was ignored repeatedly. We made multiple attempts to contact management directly to resolve these issues but we never received a formal response. I would advise future travelers to look elsewhere.
