You will fall in love at once with this two-bedroom condo, as it has some of the best views of the beach you could ask for. Its ground-floor location means you can step out of your condo and be on the soft white sand in an instant! It has enough space for six guests and comes with everything you will need to make the most of your time at the beach. Be sure to stock your fridge with all of the vacation essentials so that you can whip up a meal at a moment’s notice. Both bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, and the master bedroom also has access to the patio.

Once you have explored your condo and settled in, go for a dip in the beachfront pool or cook up a fresh dinner on the community barbecue grills. During the season, you can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the on-site attendant. Book soon to begin planning your perfect getaway!

There was no host. Some of the amenities didn't work or didn't work correctly and continued to not work throughout our stay. Some, to the point where we had to have a couple of calls to Southern as well as one of the Southern employees have to come out to the unit to help fix some things.

Overall stay was good- Furniture on balcony needs updating as to some of it is badly rusted.The king bed in the master was sagging to one side but wasn’t unbearable to sleep in. Everything was cleaned very well.

Wonderful location. In walking distance to restaurants. Right on the beach. Wonderful view. Nice and spacious condo. A few things could be fixed such as a few holes in the bathroom walls and baseboard repair in the kitchen. Maybe a new king size bed in the master bedroom. The check in time ant 4:00 is too late annd the door will not open until exactly 4:00 pm. This made it hard for timing and we were left sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting on 4:00. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is right in the beach with perfect views of the water. It’s only steps to the walkway down to the sand and shoreline. The overall stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again, if we return to Navarre Beach.

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view

The arrival instructions were easy. The stay was great. The only thing that I was not happy about was the check out time ( didn’t thoroughly read the contact) but the check out time was 9:30 am on departure date. We paid the extra $60 to have a 4 hour departure delay. The condo itself was beautiful and accommodating.

Nice unit. If I had any complaints it would be these. The East wall is nothing but mirrors. It makes the pics look like larger room, and it is not. It's kind of weird to walk into the room with an entire wall full of mirrors. Same for master bedroom. That's just personal preference, and I don't much care for it-but it's not a deal breaker. I chose first floor unit because I thought it had direct access to beach from the room, and it does not. Have to make a walk through the office area or go downstairs. Cabinets were broken at the bottom. Not a big deal to us, just something I noticed right away. The property is supposed to be "non smoking" but there were people elsewhere in the building and outside smoking weed which we didn't much appreciate. Biggest complaint is the electronic keypad on the door going into the room. Between it and the door itself, it's challenging to open it. Our last day of the stay it took about 15 minutes to get the door code to work and to get the door open, and that's something I won't forget the next time we choose a place to stay. Balcony is BIG and the furniture outside and inside the unit are good. Decor is good. We enjoyed it BUT the next time we may go elsewhere.

Navarre Beach Regency Vacay

The property was everything it claimed to be on the VRBO site. My one issue is the check in/check out times. I feel that they are inconvenient. A check in of 4:00 is late by todays standards and then to have to check out by 9:00. Most places have a 3:00 check in and an 11:00 check out. Other than that everything was good. We did have trouble finding the parking passes and there were on 3 wristbands in the unit verus the 6 listed on the site.

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Navarre. We truly enjoyed our time there. The condo was over all great with just a few minor inconveniences. Over all the location in the building was great. Easy access to elevators. Never had an issue waiting for elevators. We never heard any of the neighbors. Sometime we heard the upstairs sliding door but other than that it was quiet. If the condo would invest in new pots and pans, can opener, and few pieces of Tupperware it would be really nice. The cookware was definitely well loved but it would not sit flush on the stove to cook. There was nothing to store extra left over food in and the can opener was broken. The oven also would not heat. Very minor inconveniences for us but some may come hoping to cook in more than we did. As for the cleaning
..I don’t think under the beds or couches have been swept under in months. In the first bed room under the beds were several food wrappers and drink bottles. I also don’t think the floors have been mopped in a few weeks. My daughter’s feet were black within minutes of walking in. Also the living room had no curtains. So over all the condo was great and we had an excellent time. Just hoping the owners can put at little more into the kitchen before we book again.

Beware

The condo itself was nice enough, although the master mattress was outdated, and I had to remove the sheets and wash them due to sand being in the bed the first night. We had a wonderful time until the air quit working on Wednesday. It is impossible to get to talk with a property manager. We waited on an ac repairman until 8:00 and Wednesday evening, he came and worked on the unit, when he left around 9:15 the unit was working, 5 minutes after he was gone the ac unit stopped working again, which made for a miserable night. I started calling at six am on Thursday, our unit was 83 degrees, I called almost every hour trying to talk with a property manager, I even ask the phone people to have property management to call me. At 5:30 pm on Thursday after not having air for 36 hours we were so miserable we packed up and came home. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Be forewarned, Southern Vacation Rentals property management is a joke.

Perfect Week

Condo was nice and spacious, including the balcony. There were 4’of us for the first few days but never felt crowded. My only complaints are there was no plastic pitcher for tea or lemonade and the master bed was terrible. Very lumpy, squeaky and so uncomfortable. Like it hasn’t been replaced in years! Pillows were also very flat, like sleeping on nothing at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay again if they get a new master bed mattress. I’ll bring my own pillows.
