The inviting living room features a comfortable couch, a functional work desk and chair, and a dining area that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The luxurious master bathroom, complete with a shower, exceptional hot water pressure, a vanity, and one bath and personal towel provided per guest.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment is just a short walk from a designated parking spot, with additional guest parking available for those with more than one vehicle.

Located just off Florida's Turnpike, our apartment is close to Broward North College (2 minutes), Fern Forest Nature Center (4 minutes), restaurants (7 minutes), shopping centers like Walmart and Walgreens (10 minutes), and Pompano Beach (20 minutes). While having your own car is convenient, affordable Uber options are also nearby for easy transportation.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Apartment in Cocunt Creek

The location was described as being 5 miles from Pompano Beach. It was actually 8 miles. With a lot of traffic and red lights took us 40 minutes to drive back from the beach. Driving into the neighborhood it felt sketchy. We were provided only one towel and wash cloth each. Not enough for a 11 night stay. Dish towel was paper thin too. All utensils were very cheap felt like we would bend them to eat with. Place was clean but smelled very heavy of cleaning fluid. People were walking there dog right outside of our bedroom window.

Not bad considering the location, the time of year and the price. Not the best place for cooking. A lot of the other tenants were into fishing, but on a canal like this I don't know how good the fishing was. My only complaints were that I could never figure out how to turn on the light over the dining room table, and there was no real workspace to do my business. I spent the entire time cramped on the couch and working on my laptop on the coffee table. overall I would book again, but not necessarilly as a business traveler.
