Summary:
Second floor queen villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.

Honeymoon

We went for our honeymoon and the location/rental did not disappoint. We felt right at home and everything was clean and cute. Pool was amazing, 4 minute walk to the beach, close to anything you could want within walking distance and a grill to use in the pool area. Would definitely come here again!

Great Place!

Location is great! We didn’t need a car. Short walk to the beach & restaurants. The place is small, but fine for the 2 of us. The bed was against the wall, so not the easiest to get in & out of for the inside person. Property is nice & well maintained. Owner was responsive when we requested additional towels. The beach chairs & umbrella were great to have. First time visiting LBTS & will definitely return!

Fun getaway

The 1 bedroom condo was very clean and bright. Comfortable bed. Short walk to beach, bars and restaurants. The weather was gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

If you want walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants and a clean fully equipped apartment this is where you should stay. The only thing that could need an improvement is the Wi-Fi.

Excellent place to stay

The unit I stayed in was contemporary and clean. The furnishings were on trend and comfortable. Everything supplied seemed brand new from the dishes, pots and pans to the beach chairs. It has a nice pool and is two blocks to the beach. Great area to walk in, close to shops. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

April 16-23 We really enjoyed our stay, everything is within walking distance. We were 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery store. It was very nice we had everything we needed, checking was seamless. We will definitely be going back!

Fort Lauderdale Trip

Very walkable area. Public beach access is very close. Everything you need is walking distance. Could not have been better. Overall great experience.

Immaculate & convenient

The unit was very clean and convenient. It was just a 5 min walk to the beach, downtown strip with all the restaurants and entertainment and to the grocery store. Very safe walkable location. No car needed. Host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Loved our 2 week stay.

Great location!!

What a great spot! My husband and I made a quick trip down south for some sunshine. The condo is well appointed, very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to a less crowded beach and easy walk to dinner. There’s a great farmers market on Sunday too!

Great stay for two

Great stay at a clean and comfortable but small one bedroom. Great location walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Nice pool area, but too small to entertain anyone else.

Cozy Stay

Property could have a been a little cleaner. Pet hair was a problem from pervious guest stays. A/C Unit did not work in my Rental Unit, but the Host was accommodating in moving me to another Unit. Overall a very nice area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bars. Would recommend!

Nice Place

Nice place, good location, no need for a car. Was clean and well kept. The rooms are recently re modeled and all the furnishings are new. Very nice place for the price range, felt like a good value and your not getting taken advantage of. I would and likely will stay again. It is very much in keeping with all the places in the Lauderdale by the sea area. The Pool area was nice as well. Was not crowded, people were all polite. Easy good parking. You can walk to the beach in two to three min and the Lauderdale by the sea area with the restraunts is five min tops. There is a Publix within a five min walk as well. Beach Chairs and beach towels were a nice touch. The owner clearly takes pride in the property and puts in the effort to maintain it and ensure you have what you need and your trip goes smooth.

Shabbos stay

We chose the location because of proximity to Chabad of Lauderdale by the Sea. It was very convenient (a short walk away). The unit was lovely, seemed new, and well -appointed. Perfect for our needs.
