Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken for the duration of the stay, which was disappointing because we had colder weather the entire week. The oven broke and propane tank were broken but the host very quickly sent someone over to fix/replace those things. The property was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We only had one issue and that was Internet and because of this, the TVs did not work upstairs unit needs its own Wi-Fi. Besides that it was a wonderful place in great location.

Spacious Vacation Home

The property was gorgeous and private. There is so much room to spread out as a large family. There were some problems with check in and the bathroom cleaning, but the property manager took care of us. We would stay again.

Great flat

The space is great. Near a small state park with no beach. Close to Manistee, but not really walkable.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group which ended up being 13 instead of the initial 22. Everyone loved the sauna! The hot tub had a small issue heating our last day there. A couple things could have been a little cleaner, but overall it is a very nice place to kick back and enjoy time away from home.

Nice place great location and clean. WiFi and cell service is sketchy and TV’s are complicated. That could be a positive thing but if you need to work or want to watch a football game, plan accordingly.

Great house for our family reunion. Loved the house and the patio. Would recommend labeling the WiFi routers and frame the passwords.

We had a family reunion with six families and utilized two units and found them very spacious and comfortable, and more than adequate for our needs. The large kitchen had plenty of space for cooking for everyone and the kids loved the hottub. Everything we needed was there. Kids loved the short walk to the beach too..
