Everything was great with the property. There was construction ongoing next door that would start early but other than that was perfect for our stay. Would recommend!

Really nice and spacious house with terrific views and steps to beach access. Location is terrific! The Johnny Mercer Pier is really nice at night. Balcony is more like a 2nd floor porch and is where we spent our evenings. This house is very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here.

We’ve reported both items to our maintenance team — the toaster will be replaced and the oven markings will be cleaned or relabeled so the numbers are visible. Great stay!

This property was in a perfect location and I'd stay there again. The only challenge was a non-stop beeping from the fridge that we couldn't turn off and got to be annoying. Unfortunately it didn't start until the office was closed.

Great location

You can’t beat this location. It’s one house from the beach and in walking distance to a lovely restaurant called The Shark, which we frequented. The management company is top notch. They granted us early access to the property, and their communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. We had some issues with the condition of the condo, namely cleanliness

Location is fantastic! We had a few issues….cleanliness not the greatest and master showed signs of mildew. Toaster didn’t work. We also had a leak from upper unit in utility closet where an electrical box fell through and was wet. Props to Bryant Realty for once I called they were “on it” to make the area safe quickly and stop the leak. Property a little “well loved” and dirty for our taste but a great layout and location!
