We hold our housekeepers to very high standards and work with them closely to ensure they are meeting those standards on each clean. The owners have really thought of everything at this house with labeled kitchen cabinets for easy finding of items, to stocking trash bags and other helpful kitchen supplies to make your stay a breeze. We can't wait to see you back next time!

Hi Mary, thank you for your review of Sandy Paws. I apologize that you saw roaches in the outdoor shower. Unfortunately, with any house at the beach, no matter how often pest control comes out, these unwanted visitors can still find there way in. This is not linked to any house specifically but to the climate of Southeastern North Carolina. We do what we can by regularly spraying as it is all about control. As for your statement that bedding, towels, and beach chairs are not included, that is not entirely true. We are very upfront about what is and is not included in the rental on our website and on your signed contract. As stated in the amenities section for this unit on our website you will find, "Linens Included" listed plainly. Additionally, on our "Guest FAQ" page on our website under the headline "Are linens included?", you will find, "Effective January 2, 2020 all vacation rentals will include a full linen package in the total cost paid. All beds come with a mattress pad, comforter, and pillows", indicating that bedding is included. There is also a page on our website, "What to Bring" where it says "The bedrooms have pillows, mattress pads, and comforters." On the VRBO listing, under the "General" heading you will find, "Linens provided, towels provided" listed. Lastly, on your signed contract there is a whole page on linens and in bold print at the top of the page you will see, "Effective January 2, 2020 all vacation rentals for this property will include a full linen package and bed making in the total cost paid. Beds come with pillows, mattress pads, and comforters. You you can also order additional linens or rentals by filling out the form below (...) Each bedroom set will include fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, as well as, bathmats and kitchen towels for the unit," and you signed under the statement on that page, "I understand that linens are provided, but additional items may be rented on this form...". That is five different ways that we advertise linens and bedding are in fact included. Please be sure to read your contract thoroughly next time to avoid overpacking! As for the beach chairs, these are not items owners are required to provide in their home, but we do mention on the "What to Bring" page to bring beach chairs. I will absolutely make note of your request for bikes to suggest to the owners! Several properties come to mind that have large beach accessory supplies that I think you'd enjoy if you decide to rent with Bryant in the future. Thank you, Mary and take care.

Hi Paul- Thanks the feedback. We hate there was an issue with the hvac but happy to hear the guys were able to get it up & running in a timley manner! We apprectiate you alerting us regarding the public sound access steps, we were unaware as this has been the first mention. In the meantime, we have removed that photo. In speaking with some of the neighbors on the street, everyone is working together to pool resources and money to get these repaired/replaced since they are not maintained by the town, we are gathering that it happend druing this most recent hurricane from a boat that drifted away from its dock. Sorry to hear of the minor inconvenice but hope everyone enjoyed their week at the beach!
