Designed for couples, this one bedroom and bath gives a treehouse feel with soaring ceilings, wall- to- wall windows, and an elevated position as if you are living in the treetops. For larger groups the Pecan Tree House and Oak Tree House are also available for an additional fee. Spread the happiness with your furry friends for an additional fee, up to two dogs are welcome to come along*.
Cypress Tree House is high living “ in the treetops”. Discover a modern studio home with a large two car garage on the main level and a studio living space on the second level. This 784 square foot studio home is a designer's delight with tasteful combinations of colors and textures. With natural light pouring through the 40 windows admire the picturesque views of the Texas Hill Country. Throughout the studio guests will appreciate the wood cabinetry, marble countertops, rich leather furnishings , colorful tile and so much more. The kitchen features high-end built-in appliances, a wall of windows and mirrors reflecting the lovely landscape. Cooks are sure to find everything needed to prepare easy meals for two. The bedroom offers an opulent modern feel with a low profile King bed, custom artwork, and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The roomy bathroom provides a treat with carved marble sinks, quartzite countertops, custom teak shelves, colorful tile, and a shower tub combo.

Visit Blanco State Park and enjoy a day of fishing, swimming or hiking. Interested in the Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience. Within 30 minutes, enjoy the day exploring Fredericksburg, travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches. Spend the day in Kerrville at the Schreiner Park located on 517 acres on the Guadalupe River, where you can swim, rent boats or enjoy hiking trails. The Museum of Western Art and the Pollinator Museum are fun and interesting for all ages. Indulge in one of the fabulous restaurants while listening to local artists’ music.
