Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes! There’s garage parking for two cars, plus additional driveway space.

Q: What kitchen supplies are included?
A: We provide a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and more.

Q: Are linens and towels included?
A: Yes! We provide fresh sheets, pillowcases, and a towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) for each guest. Additional linens can be rented.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed at Coral Cottage.

Q: What’s the check-in process?
A: Self-check-in with a keypad. You’ll receive a unique door code before your arrival.

Q: Is the home suitable for long-term stays?
A: Yes, we welcome 30+ day stays! We do this from September - May every year
1. Keep it smoke-free and pet-free ($500 fee for pets).
2. Wash and put away used dishes.
3. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
4. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
6. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
7. Max three guests per bedroom.
8. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $105.
