Important Update – Beach Access

We’re pleased to share that the direct beach access from the property is now open. The home also enjoys a private backyard that extends all the way to the waterfront, with access straight from the house.

Please read the following carefully for everyone’s safety and expectations:

Beach access & safety:
The direct access is sandy, however the slope is very steep and may be difficult—especially for elderly guests and young children. If anyone chooses to use the direct sandy slope, please do so with extreme caution and close supervision. Use of the direct slope is strictly at your own risk, and we strongly recommend that elderly guests and young children do not use it.
For a safer option, we suggest walking or driving to the surf club access point approximately 300m north of the property via the main route.

Deck note (erosion impact):
Coastal erosion has caused some broken tiles toward the far end of the deck. Repairs are being arranged. In the meantime, please take extra care around this area.

Please note while the public beach access way remains closed. However, the beach itself is open and accessible for local residents and their visitors, including our Airbnb guests. Please enjoy!

Looking ahead:
Further erosion works are planned to help restore larger backyard area and, in time, we intend to install steps to make beach access even easier. This is a unique property offering private access right to the water, and we appreciate your care and understanding while improvements are underway.

- I’ve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and clean the kitchen after you use it.

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

- Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noises between 9pm and 8am.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony.

- Pets are welcome at our home, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please note this property is not fully fenced, guest should be fully responsible for the pet safety. Guests are reminded to dispose of all pet waste appropriately

- All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws.

Check in was very easy and stress free. Any issues we had through the stay were quickly resolved with the property manager. Was a good weekend with an amazing view.

Perfect location. Luxuriously spacious.

We stayed with extended family and had lots of room to be either together or seperate at times. The home is very spacious. The hot tub was great, even in winter. The lift was an added bonus for our mobility impaired grandparents. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Flawless beach-front beauty

We recently booked this property for a long overdue girls weekend. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity. The location is also perfect being walking distance from town and the a beach on your doorstep. We’re already planning our next getaway.

What an experience!!

From the moment we booked, Ramesh was the absolute perfect host, ensuring that me, my wife, and our very large family had an weekend full of memories that would last a lifetime - even going as far as providing a special surprise for my wife’s 40th Birthday. I cannot rate this property and host highly enough and will definitely be staying here again in the near future, and will recommend it to anyone and everyone we can.

Perfect New Year’s Eve getaway

The family and I all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook in the future. The accommodation was luxurious, clean comfortable and very spacious to accommodate for a large family. The house had so many features to keep us entertained, from the endless balcony views of the stunning ocean, movie theatre televisions, large dining spaces, a kitchen fitted with all the appliances and utensils needed, a spa area on the roof top with a view of The Entrance lakes and ocean. The rooftop had the perfect view of the New Years Eve fireworks. The beach was our backyard all we had to do was open our back door and had direct access to the beach. It was an extremely pleasant stay and we cannot wait to stay here again! I would just recommend this accommodation for larger groups or larger families.

Too good to be true

We’re very lucky to stumble across this place that could host all 15 adults for Australia Day weekend. The place itself is convenient. Whether it be the beach, shops, the entrance centre or even kayaking. It’s all within 5-10 mins walk/ drive! My friends loved the little details of this place such as having multiple hair dryers in the bathroom, bin bags available for rubbish and the amount of bowls/ pans for us to cook our food! Thank you Ramesh for welcoming us. We had a great time and have friends already enquiring where we stayed. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends/ families. P.S. If you have not tried a jacuzzi, this is a must! A game changer and the highlight for all my friends.

Poor maintenance in nice house

House is nice but not maintained well. For such a high end house, it was very disappointing to find so many items that were not clean, not maintained well. Overall disappointed for such an expensive rental property.Many of the windows need to be cleaned and balcony glass.Assigned representative Jen, was responsive when contacted.Some master bathrooms and basement playroom did not have good smell.Experienced poor internet WIFI and connections in the various rooms. Had to use own mobile SIM to stay connected.VRBO app to download is not available for Hong Kong iTunes store. Hard to communicate if not on VRBO application.Be careful, owner adds on cleaning charges beyond rental price There were missing light bulbs in bedroom lights, outdoor balancing heater does not work.
