Important Update â Beach Access
Weâre pleased to share that the direct beach access from the property is now open. The home also enjoys a private backyard that extends all the way to the waterfront, with access straight from the house.
Please read the following carefully for everyoneâs safety and expectations:
Beach access & safety:
The direct access is sandy, however the slope is very steep and may be difficultâespecially for elderly guests and young children. If anyone chooses to use the direct sandy slope, please do so with extreme caution and close supervision. Use of the direct slope is strictly at your own risk, and we strongly recommend that elderly guests and young children do not use it.
For a safer option, we suggest walking or driving to the surf club access point approximately 300m north of the property via the main route.
Deck note (erosion impact):
Coastal erosion has caused some broken tiles toward the far end of the deck. Repairs are being arranged. In the meantime, please take extra care around this area.
Please note while the public beach access way remains closed. However, the beach itself is open and accessible for local residents and their visitors, including our Airbnb guests. Please enjoy!
Looking ahead:
Further erosion works are planned to help restore larger backyard area and, in time, we intend to install steps to make beach access even easier. This is a unique property offering private access right to the water, and we appreciate your care and understanding while improvements are underway.

- Iâve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please donât rearrange our furniture, donât eat in the bedroom, and clean the kitchen after you use it.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Donât forget to close the windows and lock the door.
- Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noises between 9pm and 8am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony.
- Pets are welcome at our home, but please donât let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please note this property is not fully fenced, guest should be fully responsible for the pet safety. Guests are reminded to dispose of all pet waste appropriately
- All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws.
