The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The location is great, within walking distance of many restaurants and a short walk across the street to the beach. Check in was easy and just down the street from the townhome.

Beautiful house and location.

This was our 3rd stay at this house. We absolutely love it. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, shopping at Johns Pass and food options. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent Location

This is an excellent location. It is an easy walk to John's Pass, and the beach is directly across Gulf Boulevard. We had a small pet with us, and the neighborhood was safe for us to walk anytime of the day or night. The unit was clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful area and house

This is our second time staying here. It's a great location, short walk to John's pass and right across the street from the beach. Plenty of room for a family. We love it in Madeira Beach.

We enjoyed our stay and the property. It was right across the street from the beach and a short walk to johns pass boardwalk. Plenty of space and very clean. There is souch to do within a short distance.

Excellent location, well stocked kitchen, clean, with extra bedding. Garage doors are very small, we had a tough time getting a van in and out. Would highly recommend.

Had a fun trip! Town villa was perfect for our family of 5 and dog! The villa was very clean & comfortable! Kitchen had all the essentials for us to cook are daily meals! Having access to washer, dryer was clutch! Access to the beach & boardwalk was super convenient ! The garage was perfect to fit our 4 runner & Tacoma! Overall was a great place for our family to stay

Across street from beach

Overall the stay was good, however, minor improvements should be made: -guest shower curtain needed replacement -washing machine had mold -outside garden hose that is used to rinse sand is broken When guests are paying thousands to stay those minor details should automatically be taken care of.

Family Trip

The home was clean and comfortable. All items needed to enjoy the stay were available. The beds were comfortable. The check-in / check-out process was a dream. Close to everything. Enjoyed our family trip. The only suggestion would be to add one more television. Having only one in the great room became an issue between kids' programs and adult programs. Would have been nice to have another available.

This was our first year staying with TRS; the second year in one of these houses. We love the location and the entire set up of the rentals! The tandem garage makes for a great place that our teenage boys to hangout in the evening or for the occasional rainy day the adults played putter ball. A washer/dryer is a must for me and this floor plan is perfect for our family.

Great Place

We loved this cozy beach house. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more and the beds were comfortable. Make sure you sign up for the contactless check-in but you will still have to stop by the office to pick up the garage door opener. Also, this has nothing to do with the property but from one parent to another, buy your children water shoes. My kiddo stepped on a very sharp sea shell the first day we were there and we ended up at the ER.

Beach house review

Master bedroom has a queen bed, not a king bed. It’s advertised as a king bed. Living room tv has 6 remotes. Very confusing to connect it to the Spectrum Cable which we were never able to do. AC unit has issues on day one and had to be serviced on day 2 so we were very very hot the first day and night. Overall, loved the house and the location. Would stay there again.

Great location

We loved the location! So convenient to John’s Pass and restaurants in Madeira. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the beds and couches were comfy. The kitchen is well stocked which is great because we cooked at home a lot. There is also a seafood market just down the street with great prices and great quality seafood! The only thing I would let other travelers know was that it is a busy street and very loud. It is fine inside but annoying on the porch. The other thing is that the property is pet friendly and there was dog hair on the couch when we arrived. Other than that, it was completely clean. It’s on me that I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was a property that allowed pets. I am sure the property manager would have taken care of it, if we had mentioned it. They were excellent in responding quickly and very accommodating. It was a great value, great location and we would stay there again!

Great location!

First of all, the location is fantastic! It IS on the busy Gulf Blvd, but the bedrooms are in the back and the street noise never bothered us. It's a quick walk to Sweet Brewnette as well as John's Pass. The beach access is also right across the street and it takes just a couple minutes to get to the beach. A couple of drawbacks: You will not get a door code through email like other rentals. Once you book they will tell you you'll have to pick up your keys (who uses keys anymore?) during special check-in hours or you'll have to go to their office a couple blocks away if it's after hours. We had a late flight and didn't arrive until midnight. We had to go to the office, sign some paperwork, and get the DOOR CODE as well as the garage door openers. That all could have been accomplished over email and the garage door openers could have been left on the counter (we've done that with other rentals). The property is listed as having a king sized bed in the master and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. There is neither, both rooms have a full sized beds. The 3rd room does have 2 twins. The garage itself is HUGE, however, if you're driving anything larger than a minivan, the vehicle will not fit through the door. Even with a minivan we had to pull in the side mirrors and only had a couple inches of clearance. Overall, the place was lovely! It was large enough for my husband and me as well as our man-sized boys.
