Un pâté de maisons de la meilleure plage, à quelques pas du Malecon pour faire du shopping, des restaurants, du poisson frais et des crevettes. Excellent emplacement pour le Baja 250, Baja 500, le festival des crevettes, le week-end du carnaval, le Craft Beer Fest, etc.
Juste de l'autre côté du phare du Malecon derrière le camp de Kiki et le camp de Rubens. Pas de longs trajets vers l'autoroute 5 (qui peut prendre 15 à 20 minutes pour El Dorado Ranch, Pete's Camp, etc.) 2 chambres (1 lit queen et 2 lits doubles) 1 salle de bain avec WC, lavabo et douche. Cuisine complète, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four au propane. Cuisine à service complet, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là pour rester à la maison et cuisiner. Très grand patio avec cascade. Patio est d'environ 800 pieds carrés pour se divertir avec vue sur l'océan et les levers de soleil. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Gestionnaires immobiliers à temps plein. La maison est sécurisée et sûre. Voisins à plein temps attachés qui connaissent tous les entrées et sorties. Unités de climatisation dans chaque chambre.

I stayed here before and its like a home away from home. Alicia the on site caretaker very honest I forgot some items about 3 years ago and she kept them till now. A great place if you want to unplug from technology and fast world.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and the front veranda is great for hanging out in the sun and looking at the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can do anything you want, although we didn't cook at all. The host was very helpful, as was the local woman who cleans the house. It's close to town and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Great retreat!

A charming, comfortable and spotless home with a wonderful front patio. The host and local manager were very accommodating and attentive. The beach was very convenient and perfect for morning and evening strolls with my pup, all of which made for a wonderful getaway.

COOL SPOT...

It was a very pleasant stay for myself, my lovely wife and our adult son. The place was clean and inviting. The air conditioning units in each room worked wonderfully. It was located near the Malecon/public beach which is where we spent most of the day so it was convenient. Both the owner and the property manager were accessible and very nice. I'd recommend this place and I'd definitely stay there again.

Take a short walk to the beach or town after watching the sun rise from the Sea of Cortez from the patio while sipping your morning coffee. This property is not fancy but provides all you comfortably need for a short or longer term stay in the northern Baja.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, and our stay. It was beyond what I expected. Location : Quiet area, but not far from downtown. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, beach is large, clean and quiet. There's a short cut walk to the Malecon in probably 15-20 minutes. Drive under 5 minutes.House : Beautifully decorated, with all possible amenities, great kitchen, a lovely patio facing the sea, comfortable beds, and AC units in the LR and one in each bedrooms. Cleanliness : A care taker and his wife live in San Felipe to care for the house, and they keep the house spotless, inside and out.Communication : Our host Jana was awesome. Great directions, prior to arrival, communication and information. And very accommodating.Food ; Several markets in town, as well as fish markets (we ate fresh fish everyday), but if you like good wine.... my advice... bring some... However, there is an amazing bakery on the way to the house !!Things to do in and around San Felipe : To be honest, not much. It's a relaxing place, not really a visiting place. But you can rent/ride horses on the beach, take long walks, drive in the desert, and there are always events on the week ends, when the town fills up with music and people. The Malecon is fairly large and if you like shopping... well, there's plenty of shops.So, in resume I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a quiet, peaceful few days of rest and sun and sand. We couldn't get the TV to work to get cable in the evenings lol but...... The house was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay there. Loved our time in San Felipe and the home added to the trip

The place is great but the old access to the beach is not available and the closest access is about 3 blocks. Besides that all was great!!!! Been at this place 3 times already

Delicious year end holiday

I stayed at the property over the New Year with my 2 daughters and we had a very nice time in San Felipe. The house is very cozy and feels like a home which was one of the attributes we liked about it most. It is in a quiet side of town with a nice view of the sunrise. The check in process was very smooth and the house was in pristine condition. In summary, we loved staying here and would not doubt to recommend it vigorously to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely return.

We always have a great time. Each year we look forward to our trip. The only thing I would suggest to improve on, if at all possible, is the access to the beach. Though two of the venues did allow us to walk through, they tend to get an attitude and depending on the staff available, it kind of sours what would be an otherwise amazing stay.

Great vacation spot. Already planning return...

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and once again we had a great time. We can't wait to return next year. Our only suggestion is a new television and dvd player in the living room as the current ones tend to stop working in the middle of a movie.

Enjoyable vacation!

The home was pleasant and the property manager and her husband were very helpful. The home was a block away from the beach, however, in order to access the beach you have to pay. We paid 100 pesos per person per day. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the home and plan on returning soon.
