Feels like your own hotel suite! - Bedroom 2 (Mid-Level, small bedroom): Queen bed, block-out curtains, A/C - Bedroom 3 (Mid-Level, small bedroom): Double bed, block-out curtains, A/C - Sofa Beds: By arrangement only for 6+ guests (1 in master, 3 in lounge). - Note: 3 bedrooms total (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double). Bedrooms 2 & 3 are compact “apartment-sized” rooms and not suitable for extra beds or a cot.
✅ Good to Know -Guest Numbers: Base rate includes the first 2 guests. Fees apply for extra guests and sofa beds. -Up to 1 infant (less than 2yrs) may stay for free using existing bedding. Extra infants must be booked as children to correctly calculate tariffs. - Access: 3 storeys — no lift. If stairs are an issue, this will not be the right fit. - Check-In/Out: 3pm check-in, 10am check-out - No Parties: Quiet celebrations with booked, paying guests (no extra visitors) are fine, but no schoolies, bucks, hens, or wild parties. - Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. - Only booked guests may stay or visit. - No Pets: Sorry, no pets. Assistance animals welcome with certificate & notice provided. - Parking: Private driveway + free street parking. Garage not available. - Security: Safe area, but please lock doors. Fees will apply if property is left filthy, damaged, theft, stained linens, unapproved occupancy, or if left in such a condition that our next guests can not check in etc.

Our accommodation was very impressive, better than expected, beautifully presented and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It made things much easier with the what to do tips on KI.
Rachel's apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults, located conveniently in Kingscote on this idyllic island where everything in town was within walking distance and views over the ocean were to die for. Decor was modern, facilities were fantastic (including Miele dishwasher) and Rachel was a delightful host, engaged and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay with our kids at this property. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. The amenities have been well thought of and more than enough goodies in the way of snacks for the kids and wine for the adults! Fantastic location and in very close walking distance to some lovely eateries and breakfast spots. Would highly recommend. From the start the host was in contact with lots of great info and advice for our upcoming stay. Great to be in KI
