ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT + DINGHY! + PAS DE ROUTE ENTRE MAISON ET LA PLAGE !!

Idéalement située sur le front de mer absolu de la magnifique île Beach, île Kangourou - notre maison sur la plage est l’une des rares maisons à ne pas avoir de route entre la maison et la plage! C'est une maison de plage rustique et très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Tentez votre chance en pêchant dans notre DINGHY ou détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse et profitez de la vue imprenable sur la mer. Pur bonheur!

Le linge de maison est fourni, y compris les serviettes de bain, et les lits sont faits pour que vous puissiez commencer à vous détendre pendant vos vacances dès votre arrivée. Nous avons un lit bébé et une chaise haute.

Island Beach est une belle plage de sable blanc aux eaux turquoises - une plage idéale pour les petits enfants et les adultes. Parfait pour faire de longues promenades sur la plage ou simplement jouer dans les eaux peu profondes. Également une base idéale pour explorer l'île. Notre maison est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture du ferry.

Détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse surélevée avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et les eaux turquoises. La plate-forme a deux chaises longues, une table à manger extérieure et une table haute avec 4 tabourets. L'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du coucher du soleil avec des amis.

Great location

Well appointed, clean and comfortable property right on the beach, can’t beat the location. Host was super accommodating and helped us out with an early check-in. Would recommend to anyone visiting KI.

Lovely island beach house

Julie was a wonderful host communicating with us on numerous occasions to make the whole visit thoroughly seamless and enjoyable withlots of useful suggestions about places to visit and things to do. I Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this beachhouse.

A fantastic property on Island Beach, and pet friendly. We had a fantastic time, with just a short walk to the beach, and a perfect, quiet spot to relax. We will definitely be planning to return again!

Island Beach Where Dreams Come True

The dream starts from the reclusiveness of the driveway guiding you down a sandy pathway and ending at your back door, did I say stairway to heaven or gateway to the Bahamas , well that was the experience we felt. No sooner than unlocking the back door we were greeted with the sight and sounds of cascading waves, operatic calls of nature and a frenzy of emotional highs as we knew we had had made the right call. Cleanliness abound attention to detail chocolates and more every questionable thought was answered in between the next thought . We had a boys Zion and Zak with us both 2 year old Male German Shepherds and they were the first to take it all in and chill. A great time and great experience meeting the local Wildlife hopping in for a chat and a gander whilst enjoying a drop of red watching a pod of dolphins on our doorstep , truly a beachfront wonderland a joy to the senses, you can’t help but be healed forever. Dreamscape at Island Beach it is a No Brainer . Thank you and can’t for the sequel. I’ll be back.

I absolutely love Island Beach and hope you do too!

My aim is that you all have a wonderful, relaxing and fun holiday on Kangaroo Island while staying in our beach cottage. I will try to do all I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

I am happy to give you suggestions about some great things to see and do on KI and some wonderful restaurants and cellar doors that are nearby to beautiful Island Beach!

North facing house!

Island Beach is a wonderful beach for little kids. It is shallow for quite some way out so it is safe for little ones.

Stunning beach and sea views of the turquoise water from inside the house and from the large deck.

A great location to explore all the attractions on this beautiful Island.

Our cottage is one of the very few on Island Beach that has NO ROAD between the house and the beach - plus it is absolute beachfront!

Free WIFI with unlimited data for all guests.

DINGHY!!!
Our aluminium dinghy is kept down on the beach, oars are kept in the laundry and we provide some fishing gear and lifejackets.

The house is very peaceful and with the floor to ceiling windows in the house you can enjoy absolutely stunning 180 degree views of the beach and turquoise waters.
