La propriété contemporaine face à la plage surélevée au nord dispose d'un spacieux coin cuisine / salle à manger / salon et de grandes terrasses, toutes avec une vue imprenable imprenable sur la plage de sable tranquille de 5 km, la brousse et la mer jusqu'à American River. La maison dispose de quatre chambres (2 queen, 6 simples) 2 salles de bains. TV écran plat, DVD, lecteur CD. Cuisine entièrement autonome avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et barbecue à rôtir et réglage de porte sur le pont.

Island Beach

La propriété en face de la plage de Pentelows est située sur la plage immaculée de l'île, qui est une plage de sable blanc de 5 km de long, orientée au nord, qui offre une baignade sécurisée et abritée, idéale pour les enfants. Il est situé à 14 km de Penneshaw (à 15 minutes en voiture du terminal de ferry)
 La région est un paradis pour les plaisanciers et un lieu de pêche bien connu pour le merlan KI et une base idéale pour explorer le reste de l'île.

L'île Kangourou est mondialement connue pour sa faune. Attendez-vous à l'avifaune pour vous rendre visite sur le pont, y compris le superbe roitelet bleu et le currawong. Nourrissez les pélicans sur la plage. Des opossums à queue de brosse, des wallabies, des opossums pygmées et des goannas peuvent également être vus localement. Visitez Pennington Bay, une plage de baignade et de surf à seulement cinq minutes de la maison ou réservez une charte de pêche locale. Pour la bonne nourriture et le vin local, visitez le Sunset Winery, les vins de Dudley et les vins de Chapman River. Amazing Christmas stay!

We had a fantastic week, the property is amazing. The views are incredible & its layout/space made for a very comfortable stay. Access to a beautiful beach and great sport for exploring the rest of the island. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Beautiful views from amazing accommodation. Full range of facilities, magnificent views. Could just wander down to the wonderful beach - watching the pelicans & occasional dolphin. Very quiet & private position.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds; beautiful kitchen & bathrooms with an amazing deck with magnificent views. Could ask for nothing more with the amenities provided including everything to cook with in the kitchen. An amazing house for a family group or family reunion. Everything you want for a beach holiday

Loved it. Perched above the fine white sands and that limpid blue water of Island Beach. Comfortable accommodation for our two families; kitchen well kitted out for holiday cooking, generous with the basics left in pantry for guest use. Great central living area, the dining table large enough for jigsaws at one end, dining at the other. Easy access to Penneshaw & ferry,

Amazing Holiday Home on a stunning beach with excellent features and facilities!

Beautiful home situated on the most child friendly beach we have ever encountered. The home itself was brilliantly presented, clean with great facilities. The layout is great for accomodating 2 families and the kitchen living and dining area is spacious. The deck is great, and as the property is north facing it is well sheltered from the wind. Great Weber bbq and Nespresso machine. Island Beach is stunning with no waves and a haven for fishing in the torquise waters just past the buoy line. Absolutely no regrets. Will return every year!

Incredible Island Beach stay

The house was immaculate, so clean and tidy. Incredible views of island beach white sand and crystal clear blue water. Fantastic deck that was safe for our 2 year old to play on. Perfect location not far from Penneshaw. Felt as though we had a private beach to ourselves. We will be back and will highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

Excellent location for great family beach fun with awesome views

House is in a great location with lovely views. We spent multiple days on the beach and explored the island. Catered for our family and friends beautifully and we made some great memories! Large functional kitchen, very usable and ample indoor and outdoor sitting areas, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Happily stay again in the future.

Stunning location

Had an amazing time with the family in such a magic location. Spent most days on the pristine beach and the great sized deck. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Thanks for making the process easy Sue and hope to be back again some time to this special part of the world. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I, with our two children lived and farmed at the Western end of Kangaroo Island for 20 fabulous years. During this time we built our holiday escape at Island Beach where we had many fun times with family and friends.
We have since retired to Adelaide but escape back to idyllic KI when ever we can.
