If your looking at the reviews to decide if you want to book this condo, stop looking and book it.We were fortunate to find this rental after our original rental was cancelled on us less than 30 daya before our trip.The condo is super clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Having 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus. The TV has an extensice cable package. Beach accessories are plentiful and in great condition. The balcony is huge, was nice having breakfast on it while looking at the ocean.The building is awesome. It is well looked after - pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. We always found a spot at the pool. The hot tub got busy in the evenings but we could check on capacity from our balcony. We used the BBQs a lot. Grilling by the ocean was sweet. All the necessary bbq tools are there for you.I also have to mention how amazing it was to deal with Amanda from Happy Palms as a host. Start to finish she communicated and checked in. By the end of our stay we felt like she was a friend.

What a nice place

This place was clean, secure and had great beach access. Not too far from the main aspects of town, within a mile or two of the grocery store. Close to a great pizza place. Everyone was very comfortable. Pool was nice. Coin laundry made it easy to wash up (daughter was playing a softball tournament) and everyone was super friendly. Would stay here again.

Honeymoon!

My husband & I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon! We wanted to relax & sit on the beach, this was perfect. I loved having the recommendations for local restaurants & things to do. Having direct beach access was perfect & it was very nice having beach chairs & other accessories to use. Everything was just as pictured/listed, we emailed the company a few times on our trip & they always responded quickly. We will definitely be staying here if we are ever back in the area!

Fabulous Condo

This is a gorgeous condo, location is perfect for the beach, pier and just relaxing. Very clean and has everything. The only other feedback I would give is that the property should have some barbecue or grills as sometimes you prefer to cook on these. Otherwise would 100% recommend.

Great beachfront condo

Very nice spot. Very clean and a great ocean view from balcony. One thing - the balcony needs a power washing as there was a lot of bird poop on furniture and patio and what looks like remains of a pigeon nest. Still giving a 5 star as i didnt request balcony cleanuo but cleaned ut uo the best i coukd myself

Everything you will need

The stay at Cape Winds has everything you will need! The ocean front location can not be beat and the amenities are exceptional. There are no surprises and the building is clean and tidy. People are friendly and welcoming. Tennis, pickle ball, basketball, heated pool and a hot tub are up kept to a high standard. We did not have laundry in our unit but there is coin laundry in the building. The restaurants and shops in the area provide great food and wonderful services. We will be back again and again. Thank you for a great stay!

Hi Everyone, Smooth sailing all the way. Finding and renting the apartment was very easy. Contacting the owner was for a call back worked well. The address came right up on the apps we used for the directions. Access to the 4th floor using the elevator made carring the bags using the carts in the lobby was the way to go. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. If there was anything to comment on would be the Patio door. Very heavy. Also the dehumidifier needed to be emptied daily. The Cocoa Beach are is so nice and has many things to do. We want to come back and explore some more
