Entrez dans une oasis de détente en bord de mer où vous pourrez profiter de tout ce que les vacances à la plage ont à offrir.

L'UNITÉ

La lumière naturelle pénètre dans l'unité de coin à aire ouverte afin que vous puissiez profiter du son de l'océan et de la vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon.

Juste à côté du salon se trouve le grand balcon enveloppant en bord de mer. Détendez-vous sur les fauteuils inclinables en lisant un livre, ou posez-vous à table avec une tasse de café ou un verre de vin. Vous pouvez voir la plage, les surfeurs et même certains des navires de croisière quittant le port voisin.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, une salle de bain attenante, un placard et une télévision à écran plat pour s'installer la nuit.

La chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux, un placard et une télévision. Il y a aussi une deuxième salle de bain dans le couloir.

Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un canapé-lit. La salle à manger a une table avec 6 chaises pour que tout le groupe puisse déguster un repas fait maison ensemble. Il y a aussi 3 tabourets de bar près du comptoir pour que la famille puisse regarder le chef dans la cuisine.

L'unité dispose d'autres commodités pour rendre votre séjour le plus fluide possible, y compris; wifi gratuit, laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, draps et serviettes, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, jouets de plage, ustensiles de cuisine, pack and play, etc.

L'EMPLACEMENT

Cape Winds est un beau complexe qui a des équipements pour toute la famille. Détendez-vous autour de la grande piscine, reposez-vous dans le bain à remous ou faites de l'exercice sur les courts de tennis et de basket-ball. Il y a une courte promenade juste à côté du complexe pour se rendre à la plage de sable blanc - vous ne pourriez pas être plus près !!

Le complexe est situé à 1,5 km au nord de la jetée de Cocoa Beach et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et attractions. Le Kennedy Space Center, Disney, le zoo de Brevard et les centres commerciaux sont des excursions d'une journée faciles. L'aéroport international d'Orlando est à 72 km.

We absolutely loved our stay and were so sad to leave! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to the beach. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed every minute of our time here. Communication with the host was easy, and they were responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

March Break Holiday 2026 We stayed in one of the properties managed by Happy Palm Springs in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was fully equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It had spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made traveling with teens feel like a real luxury. The best part was the location. We were right on the beach, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Everything about the place felt relaxed and perfect. As a bonus, we even got to see a rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable. Amanda checked in with us a few times, but everything was so great there was nothing to report. It was truly an amazing place that had everything we needed. Thank you so much. Honeymoon getaway

This was rented for my son and daughter-in-laws honeymoon. They had a great time and loved the proximity to Disney World and Kennedy Space Center. The condo was clean with plenty of room and the beach was wonderful. Thank you for providing them with such a wonderful experience.

Great Cape Canaveral Condo

Our family had a great stay in condo and in the Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach area. The unit was clean, well kept and thoughtfully amenitized. Our communication with Stay in Cocoa Beach was smooth. The condo complex pool, hot tub and location directly on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The two bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor and provided a nice view of the sunrise and ocean, and easy access to the pool area. We would recommend the place for anyone staying in the area.

An Amazing spot

It is a great secluded place away from alot of things especially Internet and devices and all those brainwashing noises. Great for teens! :-) great to explore the area you never know what you will find. Locals are friendly and nice to chat to. Plenty of room on the property for boats etc. Crays and pauas are definately on the menu here. A great place to go and take your dogs on holiday too. Hosts are great, weather was good, only rained one day out 6.

Relaxing Stay on Beach

Wonderful property. Bright, comfortably furnished unit. Plenty of space to unpack and relax. Large terrace with view of the ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped for a family that likes to eat in a lot. Loved the full size washer/dryer. Would definitely rent it again. The property manager Amanda answers all questions very quickly and was very accommodating. The pool and property are very well kept. One of the very nicest VRBO properties we have rented and absolutely exactly as pictured.

Great Location & Comfortable Work-From-Vacay-Stay

We booked this condo as our daughter was set to attend camp at Kennedy Space Center and we, being the adults, needed to still work some. We would drop her off in the morning, come back, my husband would swim a few laps in the pool, then we got to work - him set up in the dining room and me set up at the desk in the main bedroom. It worked out great! We would then enjoy the pool, beach, dinner out, etc. in the afternoons/evenings. We even got to watch 3 rocket launches just by walking out to the beach nearby. Enjoyed seeing bunnies, a tortoise and people watching from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Great Location - Needs Upkeep

Wonderful location. Condo needs attention. Ant problem and furniture needs updating, especially master bedroom mattress. Overall we enjoyed our visit but could not have stayed any longer than the two weeks we were there.

A Great Two Months!

We are a retired couple and over the years have stayed in numerous Florida condos on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and in the Keys. Our stay at Cape Winds was hands-down the best experience we’ve had. Fabulous beach, convenient location, and recreational activities we enjoy. The Cape Winds property is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit was first rate - bright, clean and well equipped. The factor that really set this experience apart was the exceptional staff at Stay in Cocoa Beach: Kelsy sets the standard for responsiveness, helpful information and quick resolution of any issues that cropped up during our stay. We’ve already booked our 2023 Cape Winds vacation!
