We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the communal pool, hot tub, and sauna. We apologize for any confusion regarding their location and hours. We do have signs on the buildings that direct guests to the pool area for your convenience, and we’ll ensure that this information is more clearly communicated in our property description and in the condo for future guests. Thank you for your tip about accessing the condo via Mountain Road and Upper Alpine Way! We’re happy to hear that you found our management team to be responsive, and we’re thrilled that you enjoyed your stay overall. We hope to welcome you back soon!
