STAY AWAY

Filthy and crappy old house. Unsafe with mold and filth in the bathroom. Couldn't use the bedroom because of the heat. Horrible experience.

We’re sorry the cottage did not meet your expectations. When you shared concerns during your stay, we offered a credit for the remaining nights if you preferred to move to another accommodation, and you chose to stay. After checkout, we inspected the bathroom and cooling system. Because you raised concerns about mold, we also completed a thorough inspection with our cleaning team and handyman and found no mold. We take guest feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Relaxing Cottage

Very happy with the location and cleanliness of the cottage. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in at a vacation rental. We appreciated the water bottles and coffee K-cups. It was a most relaxing stay.

Annual Family Carpenteria Trip

Perfect place for me and my girlfriend to stay for this trip. Quiet place to relax at the end of a long day at the beach and exploring all the great spots walking distance away :). Kitchen was stocked with easy to use keurig coffee and waters and everything we needed with a quick grocery run for all our snacks.

Great location, comfortable little cottage

Enjoyed staying here. Really nice location for walking around downtown Carp. Clean and comfortable with a super easy check-in/check-out process. Awesome communication with property manager as well. Thank you!

Cozy and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at the Holly Cottage. It was clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach, and also through the shops and restaurant of Carp. The owners were friendly and responsive to our requests. Thank you!

Great place to relax and enjoy the area

It was as was presented. Quiet neighborhood, so much better than staying at a hotel. Nice decor and everything needed for a short stay. Communication was great with the home owners. I highly recommend staying at this location. It made our summer vacation wonderful!

Great hosts. Super nice. Clise to town and beach. 3 stars because no W/D and no stove for almost 300 a night!
