Down town shopping within a 20-30 minute walk. Beautiful neighborhood quiet at night. We bought our bikes and rode to the downtown and beach area pretty easy.

Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay to get easily to the airport. Great shower-fantastic water pressure! Comfortable bed. It is right in the middle of a neighborhood so normal city noises but the AC unit drowned it out! Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We visit family in Santa Barbara and found this lovely rental, which includes patio use, to be convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in the area! The hosts were great and always!

Quiet neighborhood

Lovely appointed patio with lounge chairs and tables. Stayed 3 nights
comfortable bed and a huge shower. Very nice accommodations. The weather was beautiful and we took full advantage of the patio. We have stayed at this VRBO before and we certainly do so again.

Yes it was a clean space, but the rental itself was different than the pictures provided. There are multiple rentals in one area. The driveway was very difficult to find at night, but I was glad the space was clean. Overall, the listing needs update pictures showing Suite B so you know what to expect and where to go.

Convenient to the town & beach. Good wi fi access. Lovely bathroom & luxurious bed linens. Good parking. Friendly, walkable neighborhood. Nice patio access. Private & quiet. Nice hosts. Outdoor kitchen was fun to use, as there is no rain in summer. Might be a problem in winter rain season.
