Poplar Place Main House is a luxurious rental retreat perfectly situated to comfortably host up to ten guests. Ideal for your retreat, this picturesque Hill Country destination features a serene outdoor space with a rejuvenating hot tub and a firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and crafting lasting memories. Whether planning a family reunion, team-building retreat, or a girls' weekend, this stunning home in charming Fredericksburg is the perfect choice for your escape.

The vibe felt throughout this four-bedroom, two-bath home combines modern luxury and rustic charm. Spend your evenings with family or friends by the fireplace on a chilly evening while enjoying some great conversation and award-winning wine you picked up at one of the many wineries. There are many excellent restaurants in Fredericksburg, but if you would rather stay in and dine, the kitchen is beautifully designed with butcher block countertops, a farmhouse sink, and all stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use.

When it is time to dream the night away, the primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a pink tile stand-up shower and deep soaking tub. Bedrooms two and three also have king beds, and bedroom four a queen. The second bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub with a handheld shower.

The relaxing outdoor space boasts a back patio with a hot tub and a covered front patio with comfortable seating; Adirondack chairs also surround a cozy fire pit in front of the house. STR #80560011ninefive

In addition to Poplar Place Main House, the property consists of Mod (3/2), Soho (1/1), Q (1/1) and Pop 1-4 (1 Bed/1 Bath each)
House Rules:
-No more than 8 occupants permitted
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Four off-street parking spaces are available. Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow

Great location!
The house location is just a 5 minute drive to main street. The neighborhood is nice. The house is decorated very cute. The beds are nice. The bedding didnt appear to be dirty but wasnt fresh smelling either. Although the guest bath was very cute, it had some cons: the door was a barn style door that was noisy and hard to close, the tub was awkward when showering due to the shower curtains and lack of a shelf for products(and wobbled a little). There was no iron or ironing board in the house. The firepit had only 3 chairs around it(6 were in the picture). The placement of the fire pit is in the front yard which was a little awkward with all the other rental properties surrounding it as well. The hot tub claimed to seat 6 however only 3 people would comfortable fit with adequate room for your legs. The plug also would trip often. It would have been nice to have additional patio chairs(only 2 currently). The portable fans were very nice to have, but need to be cleaned. I know this sounds like a lot of cons, but we did enjoy our stay and the decor was beautiful.

Excellent!
The property was so cute and very nicely decorated as well as clean. Great location and excellent customer service from the host. We had a party of 10 for this property which was big enough for everyone to sleep in a bed but the bathroom situation was a little tight only having 2 bathrooms to share amongst 10 girls at a bachelorette party. I will likely book one of the hosts’ larger properties next time because we had a wonderful experience booking with this company.
