Great place. Conveniently located between Pensacola and Navarre beaches. Had a wonderful time swimming in the private pool with our little one. Would definitely stay again.

This property was well worth the drive from Arkansas. Our family enjoyed the pool as well as the house was greatly taken care of ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed grilling in the back by the tiki house while the kids we able to enjoy the swimming pool. Such a great experience and we will be back!

The pool is very nice, but the pictures are outdated and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Moldy shower curtains, stained linens, laundry washing machine full of mildew.

A beach oasis

This property really gave the feel of an oasis despite being in the middle of a neighborhood. It was perfect for our family.

I messaged host prior to booking to make sure pool was ready to swim. I rented this home because I have arthritis and being in pool helps after traveling long distance. They said it was good to go but the night we arrived we stepped out to see it and it was bright green! I called the next morning to not only complain about the pool but one bedroom the sheets were filthy with crumbs and hair. The master shower was dirty the kitchen sink had dried food and smelled like dead fish. It also had coffee drops stains so I knew it hadn’t been cleaned. I got to swim 1 time the whole week. Definitely would not recommend! Beautiful home but not clean! Contacted host and they all acted like it was no big deal and their response time was terrible! They told me someone would be out to clean and change sheets but they were no call and no show. Very disappointing vacation home. They did give us a 50.00 gift card which wasn’t a drop in the bucket to what we spent.

Central location

We loved the house, it was very nice & clean! The pool was nice to hang out by or cool off in after a busy day. We enjoyed the location as it is close to Pensacola & Navarre Beach, just a short drive to Fort Walton/Destin area. Only complaint was that we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 on the dot, the code wasn’t even sent until right at check in time.

Gulf Breeze Vaca

House was very clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for lounging. The tiki hut gave us a fun spot to get away from the crowd. The zoo down the road is amazing and super clean! It’s also a nice location for getting to both Navarre and Pensacola beaches. Melina was such a kind and helpful person to coordinate with through Pensacola Beach Properties. She went above and beyond to make our stay special and hassle free!!!

Great stay

The property was great. The house was clean and the pool was sparkling. Location was pretty good. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to any stores and about 30 minutes to Pensacola beach, but it’s not as hectic as being near the beach. The only thing I wish it had was more towels, but we just ended up washing them. Besides that it was a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked, there were bikes and activities in the garage, and the tiki hut was awesome! I would definitely stay again!

Mixed bag for us on our stay

Communication with front door access, trash pick up, etc was good. Location is excellent. Not happy with house not having a king bed in the master bedroom as description had it with a king bed and another place had it with a queen bed. The queen bed we did sleep on was horrible as it was too soft. Had to have pillows to prop us up as we slept. Pool was great but weeds were growing everywhere in the pavers around the pool. House was spacious enough for us and kitchen was great as was the washer dryer area. I think better exterior maintenance and a firmer king bed in the master would make this a first class rental.

Speechless

This home was perfect a relaxing getaway for sure! Close enough to everything yet far enough to not be caught in traffic the whole time! Walmart and dollar general were like a 5 min ride. TV’s were in every room and the home had WiFi, there is a pod and regular coffee pot and pretty much ANY kitchen supply you could need, the pool was amazing with lights and heated not to big or small. The owner was very kind came to clean the deck and pool before we arrived only we got there a little early he let us know of best beaches and eating in the area and a personal run down on how to operate the different controls for the pool but honestly the binder gives a very specific list for how to work everything the lights/fan is a little tricky in the living space but the temp was great! If you do stay here go to the shop just past the bridge to Navarre it has all the same stuff at a much better price than on the strip heading to Pensacola! I have loud boys and none of the neighbors seemed to mind this definitely was a home away from home and the kids are asking me to book it again right now!!!!

I loved that it was pet friendly and the backyard is the best part. The whole house needs a really good cleaning!!! And some updated decor. The cleaning was the biggest hang up for me.

Clean and comfortable property. Close to different activities and the beach. Nice sized kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals while we were there and also play games at the large counter . Only downside was we could not enjoy outside meals/coffee due to flies swarming us; maybe a bug zapper or something comparable?Communication with property company was great. Enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Home in quiet neighborhood, tiki bar was cute ,pool very small. Air condition in house worked great. Rooms were spacious.
