Upon entering the lower level, guests are greeted by a recreational haven featuring a Bumper Pool/Card Table, Arcade Game System, and TV, promising entertainment for visitors of all ages. The lower level also boasts a full-size refrigerator, making beach outings even more convenient.

Venturing to the second floor reveals three bedrooms and an additional seating area, fostering a warm and communal atmosphere for family gatherings. The top level showcases an open floor plan, ideal for family meals against the backdrop of breathtaking beach views. The house had everything we needed, and was the perfect location being directly across from beach access! We normally like to be on the beach, but opted for this house since it had the pool area. It was definitely worth the switch! The game area on the bottom floor kept the kids busy, and the security alarm going out to the pool was a great feature with younger kids around. We’ve already planned to book the same house for next year! Great house with everything you could need.

Having a pool makes things even nicer than time we stayed before. Good for families as well as just adults. Inside accommodates 10 easily and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend this location and house.

The original description when booked stated 2 Masters (1 w/King, 1 w/Queen), 1 w/Queen, 1 w/Double, 2 Twin Rollaways, Full Sleeper Sofa. 3 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths.There are 3 half baths-1 on each level. There are actually 2 Masters (1 w/King, 1 w/Queen), 1 w/Queen, 1 w/King. I had to go out and purchase an additional king sheet set because I brought sheet sizes to match the description.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very great house over all. Only a few minor set backs. The oven wasn’t working for a few days, the fan in the queen Suite was loose in the ceiling and was making a terrible noise. I called the realtor about it, but they never sent anyone out like they said they would. I would possibly rent again in the future.

Our favorite house that we’ve ever stayed in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It was a great size (we had 4 adults and 2 kids). The location was fantastic and we loved how close it was to the beach. The pool, tiki bar, and outside fridge were amazing! We spent more time at the pool than the ocean. The reading nook at the top of the spiral staircase was so cool! The only suggestion we have is to move the hot tub to be near the pool rather than on the second floor (with needing to go through a bedroom to get to the hot tub, it wasn’t really accessible to us when someone was sleeping in those bedrooms). But definitely our favorite beach house in tue 8 years that we’ve been coming to the OBX. We’d definitely love to book this house again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 20 years. This was our first time using Beach Realty. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with anything we needed. The house was very clean upon arrival. The walk to the beach was very short with a convenient private walkway directly across the street! Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor pool area. It was the largest pool and outdoor space we have had in the OBX. Our only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that there wasn’t notification or instructions on the door alarm to the pool. Instructions posted by the door would be helpful. That being said, it was a great feature for those traveling with young children!

Great space for large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was amazing. There is plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms are all large and plenty of closet space and dressers, although only the upstairs master had a tv. . 3 full bathrooms and 3 powder rooms were a nice surprise!! The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need so no need to bring anything. We did have a few issues, the Wi-Fi never worked so we had to use our hotspot to use the outside television, which glitched more than it worked. There is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool area the kept going off even when the door was closed, but is a nice feature if you have small children. They did come to check it out, and changed the password, but it only worked a few hours and then would not connect. The pool area was amazing as well. An easy walk across the road to the beach was also great. Close to the pier, and Awful Arthur’s store and restaurant. Would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!!

Over the years, we’ve brought family members and friends with us numbering from just my wife and me, to a party of 22. We’ve stayed in properties from Duck to South Nags Head and various communities in between. We’ve thoroughly explored the area from Corova Beach to Manteo to Ocracoke Island. In recent years we’ve revisited beach homes in Kill Devil Hills, but until this year have never had a “home away from home” that offered us everything: beach access, our own private pool and hot tub, plenty of room for everyone, a workspace for me, and beautiful accommodations for not only my wife and me, but also our daughter and her husband, our granddaughter and her husband, and our great-grandsons. Everyone had their space to enjoy the beach, several visits to Avalon pier, our pool, with the ability to come home to spacious well decorated bedrooms, private bathrooms, a play area for the kids, a modern open concept kitchen-dining and living areas, with spectacular views, at an affordable price. This place is a “Gem!” ... and exactly what you imagine when you dream of an Outerbanks Beach-house getaway!!
