We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness and smell did not meet expectations. We will check the source of the smell and ensure the unit is maintained to a better standard moving forward. We have checked the oven and can confirm it is working properly. We also apologise that the cleaner missed setting up the sofa bed sheets despite the request, and we understand how inconvenient this would have been. Great location and comfortable beds which is what you want from a place to stay. Not well stocked kitchen (no wine bottle opener or kitchen towels - the manager corrected the latter upon request) and several if the window blinds don’t work. My overall all impression is someone bought it and quickly fixed it up for rental. With a little more care and attention it could be an amazing place. All said, I would recommend it and would stay there again.

The view was amazing, but other than that I would not recommend this location! The unit had lint, dirt and the couch is broken. We vacated the property after only one night since the lint from the dryer (it vented into the unit) was a fire hazard throughout the unit, including on the fire sprinklers, vents, ceiling and walls. The anting was off the wall and the TV is ridiculously small. I was promised to receive 2 nights back and only 1 was given.

The lint has since been fully cleaned, and the unit and sofa have been deep cleaned to ensure the apartment meets our usual standards.
