Nice house needs some upkeep had several leaks in the house that we reported to the host In the bathroom was a dip in the floor Several blinds were broke The little grill was operational but the big grill that was in the picture but was broke. Otherwise the house was great for the amount of people.

Great stay! Big house - plenty of bedrooms & dining seating for a large group. Easy walk to downtown, the grocery store, and the start of the 290 Wine Shuttle. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our party of 10. We cooked breakfast both mornings and had plenty of space to spread out and play games in the evenings. Highly recommend for fun weekend.

This was the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. It’s way bigger than it looks in the photos and literally had everything! Close to everything and if I’m ever back in Fredericksburg, this is where I’m looking first!

Amazing location with lots of space!

The house had so much space for all our family and guests to enjoy and relax together! And it was amazing to be able to just walk up the block to Main St with all it has to offer

Nice house and location!

We were impressed with how clean the house was. It was about a 2 block walk to Main and then another block or so to get to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again with a big group!

Perfect Girls’ Getaway

Two blocks off Main St- perfect central location for walking to restaurants and shopping! Central location for golfing in F’berg, Kerrville and Comfort. Huge central room off kitchen was perfect for game nights!

Great location, refreshing pool

Pool was so refreshing. Plenty of space for the family. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved doing puzzles on the big tables. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

50th birthday girls trip

The property was nice and big. Worked well for seven of us ladies… could a very well had many more but we roll with a tight circle.Located in a pretty good area not far from anything. I would recommend and I would say there again.

The kitchen needed oven mitts. The water pressure in the main bathroom shower needed fixed. There needed to be door mats at the entry doors. There was a bathroom missing a trash can. The coffee pot needs descaling. Would have liked to of used the game tables in the garage. The living room furniture needed replaced. Some pillows needed replacing. The towels needed replacing. We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some TLC especially if you’re trying to sell it. Thank you.

Great place for a group

This is a perfect place to take a group of people. There are plenty of beds and plenty of bathrooms. There’s a nice meeting area and the kitchen has everything you might need. It’s clean and you can talk to a property manager at anytime if you have a problem. We plan on staying here every year for our annual trip to Fredericksburg.

Family & Friends Reunion

Our stay was most excellent from arrival all the way through departure. The house was in excellent condition and provided an exceptionally relaxed environment for our group of friends coming from France, Guam, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and America. Our friends had a great time while there and we’re already planning our next adventure there!

Wedding at the Ginger Ranch

Family from TX, NY, CO and MO. The accommodations were perfect! Especially, each bedroom having irs own en suite. The pool was cold but fabulous! Couples were able to walk to Main St and shop. HEB grocery right around the corner. Overall, great property for a large group.

Beautiful Home

Lots of parking, great set up for family and friends. pool was great to cool off in. so close to main street. just a few minor things batteries for the remotes, one of the beds had dirty sheets on it, gas for the Bar B Que grill.
