Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Sea Esta"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.

Situated in the sought after Country Club East neighborhood of Pebble BeachÂź, this fully updated single-level, 1900 sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath property sits on a large lot with front and rear patios. Located close to MPCC, the Inn at Spanish Bay, numerous golf courses and the Pacific Ocean.

This location is a perfect home base for exploring all around the Monterey Peninsula and up and down the central California Coast from Big Sur to Santa Cruz and beyond.

Two separate living spaces each with its own candle-lit decorative fireplace adds to the charm and sophistication of this home. New wide plank wood floors, completely updated interiors and bright, inviting living spaces welcome guests to the exclusive Pebble BeachÂź lifestyle.

***Please note that this is strictly a "no pets home".***

Just off the living room is a large upper deck overlooking the back yard. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, you will be drawn outside. The lower level back patio makes for a nice outdoor destination on the property. The back yard is fenced.

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped to craft in-home meals. The adjoining dining area seats 6. Gather around the table to make memories over shared meals and games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms have new California King Beds and luxury linens.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination. Both bathrooms are completely updated with modern finishes and fixtures.

The garage has a laundry center with a utility sink, space to park 1-2 small vehicles and storage for your golf clubs. Off street parking is available in the driveway for 3-4 additional vehicles.

Sorry, this home is strictly NOT pet friendly.

The stay is not inclusive of the $12.25 per car, per day Gate Fee to be paid directly to the community of Pebble BeachÂź. Ask us for details.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable home for our family of six. FYI: expect a daily, per-car entrance fee for this area of Pebble Beach, and verify curfew rules before you head out - we were notifed by the Pebble Beach rangers of a 6:30 PM driving "curfew” but were unclear on this rule.

We had five women over the ages of 70 staying at the house. It was very comfortable. It was easy to come in and out of and bring our things in the beds were comfortable. We have one person who uses a walker and didn’t want any steps so this fit the bill for that. We would highly recommend this house or stay in Pebble Beach.

We loved the house & location. Walked to the ocean at Spanish Bay every morning! More impressively was Sanctuary Rental Properties prompt and professional response tosome housekeeping & plumbing issues. Everyone did a great job to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay.

Every detail was excellent at this home! It is an amazing home with quality accommodations in every room. Golf tournament turned family get together

Son included his wife and kids (2 and 2 mos) Husband able to play golf and spend time with grandkids. Had a wonderful time - spent mostly indoors; house made this time both comfortable and cozy. Good times had by all!

Fantastic Pebble Beach rental!

I stayed at this home for five nights while playing in a golf tournament. The house is absolutely lovely. Immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, very comfortable, well-stocked, and very quiet. It is located on a cul de sac in a woodsy neighborhood -- close to golf courses, beach, etc. etc. Communication from Sanctuary was excellent, via text, email and phone. I look forward to staying at this home again in the future!

My only negative was the phone call I received on the first day from a gentleman who sounded a bit frustrated that we didn't call him to let us in the house stating he had been sitting outside the house waiting for us for a while to arrive as if we wasted a lot of his time. We have never done that before with any home we've rented and I did not see it on the check in instructions, so I was a bit thrown off and it left a bad feeling on myself all weekend that I had let someone down. I take pride in being a good guest which is why it bummed out my weekend. Otherwise, the property was perfect, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

From the terrific, easily accessible Pebble Beach location (even a bay "glimpse" from the kitchen) to the beautiful furnishings, we couldn't be more pleased. The house had everything we needed: superb cleanliness (no shoes!), plenty of space, comfortable beds, a well-supplied kitchen (dishes, utensils), plenty of towels, and laundry items. We loved walking the coastline every morning (a short 2 minute drive to beach parking) -- and even got to see a few whale spouts in the bay. We hope to stay longer next time.
