Retraite tranquille avec beaucoup d'espace

La propriété est située à Carmel, en Californie, avec un accÚs à tous les restaurants et boutiques fantastiques de Carmel. Trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains (toutes les deux refaites) avec une cuisine rénovée et un grand salon / salle à manger pour tout le monde. Maison peut dormir 6 confortablement. Chien amical (s'il vous plaßt pas de chats) avec accÚs à une cour clÎturée et une porte chien de la cuisine.

Deux des chambres ont des lits king size, une un lit queen size. Une salle de bain a une douche, la seconde a un combo baignoire / douche pluie

This property is very close to town and was an ideal home for our annual girls weekend. The outdoor space is gorgeous and super inviting. They made it easy to be comfortable with overhead gas heaters and several areas to lounge or dine. The home is nicely stocked and very clean. We had some minor issues with lighting and windows. New construction always has some kinks to be ironed out. My only suggestion would be to add some seating to the inside space. If you don't want to be outdoors, there isn't the same amount of seating indoors. But, we loved being on the patio and will definitely book again when back in Carmel. Beautiful spot and highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay in Carmel! The house is all newly renovated and amazing. There’s an amazing outdoor space with heaters and a fire pit, as well as the putting green. The kitchen is fully stocked and has amazing appliances. The 4 bedrooms were great, very comfortable beds with nice bathrooms. The master bathroom even had heated floors! Host was very responsive and let us use electric car charger on site, which was so helpful. Check in and check out we’re super easy, no complicated process. Overall a great place for a friends weekend, would 100% come back again! Can’t recommend enough!

Great Property

We rented this home as an overflow for a few couples as we also rented a larger estate house in the neighborhood. It was perfect and nicely appointed. Easy 15 min walk to town and very secluded!

Family get away

We really enjoyed staying at Penny’s house for a family trip to Carmel. The house looks just as advertised with updates throughout the entire house. The 3 bedrooms are quite spacious and the house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook most of our meals while staying there. The fenced backyard was wonderful. We were traveling with our 2 dogs who really enjoyed the large space to play in. The flowers are beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings eating breakfast under the umbrella.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend as we were coming from out of town. The house is stunning! The owner was so quick to respond when we needed help, the location is very central so easy to get around town, loved that we were able to bring our fur babies with us for the weekend as well.

Great for family and dogs

The large fenced-in yard made it so easy and safe to let the dogs out before heading off on walks or to the beach. The large living room was great for all 6 of us to hang out, eat, or play games. During the unprecedented rains of the previous weeks, the sump pump running constantly at night was noisy for sleeping.

Great clean home in quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed the home and the quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat and tidy. The home was a perfect size for the four of us. We were able to play some board games and walk to town and the beach. Really wonderful stay.

Spacious and Cozy

My wife and I took our 2 year old son and our in-laws to Carmel for the weekend and the house was perfect for us. It was cozy, quiet and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, was very close to all the restaurants and shops in Carmel + not too far from Monterey .I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice stay in Carmel or Monterey

Exquisite Large and Modern Home With Plenty of Backyard Space!

Staying in this home was truly so special! There are endless areas to hangout between the living room, dining area, kitchen, a second dining area, barstools, and outdoor space. It's so comfortable, well decorated, and instantly felt like a vacation upon arriving. The only arena I would square away ahead of time is the schedule of the yard maintenance. While my group was outside on the deck, the leaf-blower came. I was not notified ahead of time, so we had to come in until they were done. We were having a BBQ for my mom's birthday the following day thank goodness, so it was no problem. There seemed to be a bit of confusion of the yard schedule, but this is an easy thing to plan for ahead of time once the owners have the updated schedule. If you're wanting to plan a day on the deck in the backyard I would just ask ahead of time to plan accordingly. I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to.

Carmel by the Sea

The property was as described and shown. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It felt like home, plenty of towels, good water pressure and hot water. The location was perfect, close to Big Sur, beach, restaurants. We used the gas grill and it worked perfectly. Internet was excellent.

Lovely and quiet dog friendly home

Wonderfully situated just west of highway 1, this home met our needs perfectly. The home is spacious and comfortable for 6 people. There is nice enclosed backyard that our dog enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Carmel Getaway

Good Location

We were very pleased with our stay at Hatton Fields. Pros- The Location of the home is great! We had several issues during our stay and the property manager quickly resolved them. Plenty of space for 5 people to spread out in the home. Cons- I believe the master shower was hooked up wrong. You must turn the handle to C (cold) to get hot water and turn the handle to H (hot) to get cold water. Clearly something wrong. I would take a point off for cleanliness. The owner of the home books people back-to-back and relies on the previous renter to start the laundry and dishwasher vs having the linens professionally cleaned. And the big glass doors and windows had hand prints and smudges all over them. However The rest of the home is very clean. Overall I would give this home 4 out of 5 stars when comparing it to other homes in the area. We would stay again.

The typical Carmel house is limited in space. (I had 3 at one point) I chose to keep this house because it was an easy walk to town but I could have a yard for my pups and entertain.
