We had an excellent trip to Folly Beach and throughly enjoyed our stay at The Coop. Never had to move our car since we arrived. Beach and everything else we wanted was within walking distance.

Location was great, and the house was nice and clean. Beach was a short walk away. The washer and dryer were nice to have to keep towels and bathing suits clean. The kitchen had everything you needed.

Great location right by the beach! Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies we needed. We appreciated the tvs in each room. this location was to the restaurants without being noisy.

We went to Folly for a last minute weekend trip. I brought my two teenage boys and their buddy and we enjoyed our stay. The cute little house was exactly as we expected based on the listing. Simple, clean and short few blocks to restaurants and the beach. We had no issues at all. We enjoyed being to close to the beach and didn't drive the entire weekend. I always appreciate a clean home and this was that. I would definitely return and also recommend this rental to others. Thanks for everything!

Convenient to beach and town

Small clean house that was very convenient to the beach access and the town of Folly Beach, both within 2 blocks. Converted garage porch worked well to store bikes and do laundry.

The house was perfect for the two of us and it was a short easy walk to the beach! We had everything we needed. They even provide a Keurig coffee maker when I asked if there was one. We walked to the restaurants and shops each night.

“The Coop”

This is a great spot on Folly Beach. It is quiet yet an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and retail. It met our needs (two adults) and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

Would definitely recommend this property! Very clean and super convenient to everything. Couple minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurant area. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is to add some comfortable furniture in the living area.
