Perfect spot for Amherst/Northampton visit

We stayed in Hadley because we had friends and locals we wished to visit in a few spots in and around the house. Very convenient location. It’s farm adjacent in a small cul de sac of similar ranch style homes.

Wonderful Get Away

This house is a perfect location for the Northampton/Hadley/Amherst area. Wonderful farm land with lots of fresh vegetable stands and creameries.

Cute private clean house

The house was perfect for us as we moved our daughter into UMASS. Close to the college, restaurants and shopping. Very clean house and had everything we needed.

Perfect location near UMass

The house was clean and spacious for our group. We quickly got to UMass, Hadley, and Northampton from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and we had an amazing time! I would definitely book this house again.

Great Stay!

We had the most perfect stay during our home renovation. We needed a place last minute, and we couldnt have found a more perfect house. The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s. As a local, if we ever have friends in the area visiting, I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great house in Hadley

My husband, three children (ages 6, 9 and 12), our dog and I had a great stay in Hadley. The house was clean and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for the five of us. We will return next time we're in the area.

The property feels very worn and small. I was put off by the instructions that sound more like threats- lots of threats to be charged for things. It felt like a house full of potential toll booths. The lightning is very poor. The location to umass is ideal but the property itself is not in great shape and it doesn’t feel welcoming or warm. For what we paid- not worth it.

Unfortunately this guest had the police come to the house due to a large party with over 30 people that showed up. We do not accommodate parties/ events and the group was well over our property max. Being in a college town it is very important to us that we are respectful community members and neighbors which we take seriously. This guest broke a window at our home during their stay as well.

Just perfect for us.

We attended a convention at U Mass for three days. This house was just minutes away. The house is very inviting very well kept and just beautiful inside. Everything thing you would need to enjoy your stay was there for your comfort and convenience. The owner is a delight and I recommend using her beautiful home. Thank you

Perfectly located and exceptionally welcoming

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the location of this home and appreciated how close to grocery stores and other retail spaces it was. Had we had more time we would have taken in more of the walking/hiking paths located in the area. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and well represented in the description. Colleen was SO helpful and accommodating to my families needs. We know where we can stay when we have to come back to Western Mass for other family visits. Thank you Colleen!

Great place to stay very clean clothes to Amherst College and UMass

My only recommendation is that if you have an allergy they do allow dogs in the house. I didn’t read that in the contract. my husband is severely allergic and he could tell right away that there definitely had been a dog there. Otherwise great stay

Nice house in a great location

I enjoyed the stay here. Colleen was very helpful and outlined anything that was needed to know about the check in/out process. If you are trying to visit UMass with some friends this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful clean home in Hadley - close to UMass

Our group had a great weekend at Colleen's house. The home was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked as well as plenty of towels and blankets. Colleen was very helpful in her communication and provided us a guide with some fun things to do in the area. This house was very close to UMass and made the perfect place to stay to come back for a football game.
